This canyon is extraordinary. If you're not too afraid of heights, you can walk to the ridge and sit on rocks and take photos with the canyon in the background. It is fortunate that South Africans can come here to visit. We were with quite a few other tour groups including South Africans and local schools. But it was not... More

I went with my two children and a friend of my son's joined us. This is a view that impressed us all. The surroundings are beautiful and the canyon is just incredible. You can get views up and down the canyon and it is beautiful at anytime of the day. Well worth it! One of those places you could visit... More

This was a very pleasant stop on our Panorama route drive. The real view is almost better than the postkcard and the postcard is already pretty amazing, right? :)

Really nice area to visit. I found the viewpoints from Forever Blyde river canyon resort to be the most beautiful. The best was the "end of the world" viewpoint followed by "upper viewpoint". Gods window was not half as spectacular.

How can you simply describe the wonder of Blyde River Canyon? It's absolutely breathtaking, I'd never seen anything like it. There are some great view points to take good pictures, try and go early before the tour buses arrive otherwise there's just not enough room. Make sure you take some time just to soak it all in. It's absolutely stunning... More

Beautiful views along the panoramic route. On a clear day it looks exceptional. The curios shops area is nice and the prices are reasonable after negotiating.

The scenery is stunning but the fact that every stop you make you need to pay to the local tourism authorities is a real shame . we have spend in total R 180 for the both of us. NOT DONE, shame Mpumalanga.
