As we came along the road from Graskop, just past the Lowveld view site we got our first glimpse of the magnificent Three Roundavels. Entrance was a mere ZAR20.00 per person which is in our opinion nothing in comparison to the glorious views of the Blyderiver Canyon, the three Roundavels and the Blyderivierpoortdam. The parking area is a short drive... More

There are 2 areas to really take in the views of Blyde Canyon. My husband sat at the edge of the rock in this photo for a fantastic background view. If you're not afraid of heights, this place makes you feel humble and appreciative of the amazing natural sites in South Africa. Great location for photos.

Absolutely beautiful view of the Three Roundavels. Well worth the price getting in. Little to no information about why these three mountains have this name. Also no coffee shop, would have been nice to have a drunk and look at the view.

The views are amazing and the surrounding area so beautiful. The area is well cared for and we did not mind paying the entrance fee (discount for pensioner). Worth the detour to get there.

The Three Roundavels is incredible. Never had I seen such a sight. The viewpoint from the top is spectacular, the sight will take your breath away. It's easy to get to, there's a car park quite close and it's just a short walk from the car park. Try and avoid being there when the tourist buses are there as they... More

What an amazing view. unfortunatelly it was cloudy weather but we were able to take some nice pictures. There are some souvenir shops at the parking area where you might want to have a look.Make sure you take all your belongings with you. TIP: We made a stop just before the entrance, to make a picture of the wonderful view.

The point in which you lookout onto the scenery is Great. The views from the top are breathless and intimidating, you could spend a good 30min lost in your thoughts staring at the view

Still the most impressive vista of the Blyde River Canyon and the whole of the Panorama Route. There are two view points and make sure you visit both as they offer different views of the Roundavels and the Sundial at the entrance to the dam I suppose it was inevitable that local criminals would start to target the tourist vehicles... This was my favorite stop around the rim of the canyon. The views were stunning, especially on the left side. I did not want to leave..
