Lake Havasu was the perfect destination for my friend's bachelorette party. It's a very unique city that's easy to navigate around, and the lake was beautiful. You can tell how much the community revolves around its lake tourism and their love for the water, so I'm sure it would be a fun place to live/grow up in. The water was... More

A well planned city in the middle of the desert that offers a good variety of places for everyday living not to mention tourist places and the fabulous lake. Fun for all ages and budgets. Even when its 100 degrees the fun doesnt stop

If you can stand the hot summers, this is a great place to live or visit. There is always so much to see and do. You can boat, hike, water ski, ride off road vehicles, kayak, dine, drink, or just enjoy the beauty. Housing is affordable, and property taxes are low.

Lake Havasu City Arizona, is a small but booming Colorado River city. California is visible across the reservoir, and water sports are always booming on either side. Parks, marinas, beaches, tourists, expats from other states keep the city active from 8 am to 9 pm. And then the small town takes over and semi-quiet is restored. Most of the typical... More

The water was a bit low and after a short rainstorm the water was very muddy. The channel was quite popular and enjoyable to hang out.

May 2014, My daughter, and I went for a few days of enjoyments. I truly loved it, not so much for the younger group of people. It's more of an retirement community. The lake is beautiful. I had considered on moving to this small, and beautiful place, with everything I enjoy near the lake, but it's to far away from... More

Perfect place for boating or water sports. Is crowded in channel area on weekends but if you have a boat you can get away from the crowds if you desire. Clean lake and lot's of fun.

Went to see the London Bridge and was amazed at all of the other things surrounding the area. Lots of boating, resorts, restaurants, shops and scenery. Go to the visitors center and pick up a map of the Island across the bridge and see the 24 replications of Lighthouses. They are reduced size but interesting. Lots of history here so... More

Everyone was friendly after all "People on the River are Happy to Give!" There are lots of shops and restaurants and the London Bridge is fun to see. It gets very hot July (105-118 degrees) but with the right preparation you can enjoy being there. Great beaches and places to stop along the river for food, drinks, bathroom facilities etc.... More

Lake Havasu is a very fun place to visit and/or live. There are a lot of things to do: water sports including jet skiing, swimming, boating, fishing on the lake, and then there are a lot of great restaurants here as well. You can stroll along the lake side and dine at one of four restaurants overlooking the London Bridge.... More
