Horrible pedicure BUT amazing facial......

I was visiting Lake Havasu and saw their Xmas deals ad and decided to take advantage. I get pedicures, manicures, facials, massages regularly so feel confident to write this review. The pedicure was the worst I have ever had. The best adjective is timid, the process felt like the girl was inexperienced but also did not work at it very hard. The massage was weak, there was no cuticle care, and the polish job was bad. I was led to believe I was getting a $45 deluxe pedicure for $25. Afterwards I looked at their website and descriptions and basically I got a crappy version of the $25 pedicure for $25......
I was nervous about going through with the facial a couple of days later but at $55 felt it would be fine and worth the risk. I have to say that Kim gave me the best facial I have ever had. Her massages were awesome and the whole process was amazing. She fit so many steps into that hour and I just melted into the table. I would give the pedicure one star, and would give Kim five stars, so settled on an overall score of four stars.
I will return to Havasu next year and have another facial but would not recommend nail care.

Not worth the hassle

Terminated as a patient for and I’ll quote what the owner stated “ I flagged your file to no longer book appts with us. My staff have felt very disrespected in the past by you. The last incidence was a conversation with one of the RN's when you missed your appt. She felt you were very rude to her and she felt disrespected. This is not the first time we have heard this in your regard.” Most of my dealing with this business are done via Facebook messenger. 3x this year, I have had appointments, showed up & been told to come back as I was ‘too early’ only to be called and asked to come back as the staff was ‘seeing the wrong time for my appointment.” I overlooked that and went back. In May, I scheduled an appt for June 2019 prior to our trip to Hawaii, the appt was never made. In September, I was in an vehicle accident and immediately reached out to them to inform them there was no way I was going to make it that day, could I rebook, I expressed my regrets or remorse, it wasn’t an issue. October I had an appt, just started @ a new job in Mohave Valley. I got my phone call the day prior for what was booked as a 12 noon appt, the young gal on the phone told me they somehow double booked and I needed to come @ 12:45. When I told her I couldn’t make it at 12:45 and explain the reason why, she said “it’s only a 45 min difference, you can’t make it?!?” with an attitude. I explain to her my lunch was from 12 to 1, that I had traded lunch hours that day for my 12 noon appointment, there was no way coming in at 12:45 I could return to work by 1 PM. I was not abrasive in any way, I have witnesses to this. I even told the young lady it wasn’t a big deal I’ll rebook for whenever they would be back in Ft. Mohave. I inquired 2-3 more times on Facebook messenger and was ignored. Not once did the owner, Summer, ever reach out and ask what was happening, if anything. She chose to stand beside whomever is working for her, it seems like I deal with a different person constantly. If the owner had read the messages OR seen that I physically have conversed 3x on the phone in 2019 with her staff, perhaps she’d have seen things for the real truth. Clearly they make their monies elsewhere now and no longer need the original clientele they once had. I am displeased to think that the customer isn’t right; the customer isn’t worth the effort of reaching out to. I have a credit with them but who knows what I’ll be refunded; I don’t even know what I have coming to me at this point it could be whatever she feels is fair. Aside from Anna, this place isn’t worth visiting. The appointment times constantly change, this one doesn’t know from that one what’s going on, there’s no consistency especially being a mobile based company now in the Tri-State area. If my alleged aggressive behavior was such an issue, why was it never pointed out before? How can it be pointed out when it was one issue that truly wasn’t even an issue? When you have a staff of millennials working for you who don’t care about customer service to begin with, this is what you get. It’s disappointing to see someone run a business who doesn’t care about staff inconsistency, or about how their staff are the ones who have attitudes, how their staff lie. This was a completely resolvable situation that occurred. Undoubtedly, the owner feels differently.

Best Spa in Lake Havasu LOVE LOVE LOVE

I last minute scheduled a Therapeutic 60 minute Massage. The Wellness "Host" was waiting at the door and personally greeted and escorted me back to their relaxation room which is absolutely gorgeous. my massage therapist was a young lady Janette who was very professional, she reviewed my paperwork with me and ask questions to better familiarize herself with my body and my ailments. her technique was amazing and she focused on my difficult areas like i asked. We had great communication about pressure and feeling. I felt amazing afterwards, she even recommended stretches and exercise to help my shoulder. i was able to use their steam room and relax even more after. cant get enough of this place! LOVE LOVE LOVE
