We were lucky enough to be staying overlooking this beautiful place. The lagoon is teeming with birdlife and the sunsets are amazing!

Lovely lagoon: edged towards the sea by the N2, unfortunately, but nice views and so on if you take the road on the inland side of the lagoon. Sheltered and very calm even when the sea was a bit rough. Possibly too many houses and...More

This is a tranquil spot to walk or paddle around, enjoying the peace and quiet. It is easily accessed from the N2.

Solo trip just to see whats happening and goof fishing spots. At fary know its beautiful,good fishing spots, kayaking and nice just to sit znd rdlax. Beaugiful views with a lagoon river with a good strdtch nice for someone training in there swimming career beware...More

Wilderness lagoon is an interesting place where a person can sit and relax, take pictures, run, walk and more :) you won't need to spend more than 30 mins there.. Just go and enjoy the beauty and smell of nature 🌾🌿💕💕

One of the must see places when you are in Wilderness. There are a lot of B&B's and guest houses next to the lagoon and some places offer boat trips that go up the lagoon.

The Wilderness Lagoon area offers so much in terms of natural beauty and tranquillity. The birdlife is something to enjoy. The feel of the place is one of being on holiday and enjoying nature
