Naturally beautiful

Breautiful campings sites. Beautiful natural water attractions with many bird species. Only problem experienced was not enough trees at the picnic spots.

Beautiful views as you canoe through the park and then a walk through to the waterfall. Good experience booking through Eden Adventures

Can't get over the fact that International travellers are charged nearly 4 times as much as SA residents!! We went for the Segway but had to pay to get into the park where they were situated! Camping area looks lovely though and chalets looked inviting.

Decided to go for a walk in wilderness national park. There is limited parking at the entrance just prior to crossing the old railway track. Hiked the 3 km to the waterfall on mostly decked pathway but decided to take the alternative loop route back to the car, crossed the river at the spot where the canoes are left by... More

My wife and I took our two teenage children paddling up the river and then walked to the waterfall. A three hour round trip. Beautiful scenery and birdlife.

Great afternoon out with the kids. The walk is 8km to the waterfall and back and well worth it. We will definitely be back. There is a charge to access the walk, but your Wild card (if you have the appropriate package) will get you in.

Had a good time at the national park. Lots to see and do. Had a segway tour in the park and went canoeing. Fun times for the family.

The pictures say it all. Must go. Next time coming with family. The walk is long but worth it. Not for the faint hearted. Carry water and snacks. There is no shop anywhere on the walk. A moonlit night there is a dream for those who love adventure, solitude.

Its the best getaway for relaxation. Canoeing in a serene river and the sound of herons its so pleasant. Don't worry no crocodiles around.
