Fantastic place for a walk, soak up the sun and look at the views of Durban and the passing ships! Mies of sand. Can get windy in winter though the temperature was still in the 20's

The beach is allways clean with nearby clean restrooms. Lifesavers all day long on duty. The walkways are well maintained and safe. We never felt unsafe. There is a pier nearby.

While not a beach for swimming it is lovely to walk along the beautiful promenade and enjoy the sounds and sights of the crashing waves on the rocks and golden sand

The beach, the pier and the promenade are well worth a visit. The prom is immaculatly maintained and a great place to stroll along and unwind. Nice ice cream shop along the way too! Good to see security personel present and in neat new uniforms.

This is not a nude beach and the hotel too doesn't permit nudity.
