A new greenkeeper has been engaged and there has been a huge improvement. Now they just need to get the operational staff to realise that they are dealing with a customer base that can go to other courses if they are indifferetly treateated.

Probably the cheapest round of golf in and around Durban but the course is poorly maintained with uneven tee boxes and poor greens. All of which are a great pity as the course actually has a pretty nice layout and offers a scenic stretch of holes along the Umgeni river. A good course for beginners and no need to book... More

The course itself is decent for for most golfers. Although there some greens that need a little attention, its still a good course. Some tricky holes, especially along the Umgeni River. You got to play straight or go to your right. I play alot at this course ans still enjoy it. You dont need a cart as the course is... More

The course is in very poor condition especially considering a green fee of R120 for 18-holes. On the eThekwini website, the green fees are stipulated as R47.00. Somebody is making a killing here.

A fine layout in a tree lined park with a beautiful river along one nine. Flat and easy to walk. Fair pricing. BUT sadly the course is in poor condition. Nobody even answered the phone when we called to try to find out about the course. This was a well conditioned course when i last played here pre 1994.

Great layout, awesome old tress, great views, sadly the course seems to be totally mismanaged and it shows on the greens, fairways and general health of the course, real pity to see what has happened to this course over the last 20 years,

Being a local - The Windsor golf course is a great place for a beginner to learn and play golf. The course itself is quite challenging - even for a sub 15 handicap player - but the maintenance of the greens and fairways is not always up to scratch. The course and the surrounding views are beautiful - but the... More

Badly maintained. I had not played there for many years and was shocked by how much the course had deteriorated. Greens not well looked after.
