We had pre-booked this before leaving Uk as is high season, in hindsight we probably should have waited until we were in SA as this day trip is very weather dependent. It was a very misty day and therefore views were very limited, we will definitely do this tour again on a future holiday in SA. Thami picked us up... More

Exceptional trip to Sani Pass. A Long ride but landscapes make it worth every minute. We booked last minute on Dec 31 for a trip on Jan 1. 1st Zulu Safari managed to find a driver and guide. It was a great sunny day and it can make all the difference. We had been told that often a big part... More

1st Zulu Safaris is the best of the best. They have the best tours and they have the best guides. Sotiris and Tommy have been guiding these tours for many years - they still are passionate about sharing their extensive knowledge of their beautiful country. The Lesotho tour with Sotiris was so exciting, going to about 10,000 feet on a... More

Did the Sani Pass tour with Sotiris today and still buzzing from a great day out! Really enjoyed the scenery, the drive (sooo worth the long trip) and the information that our guide provided. The trip had a good few stops on the route to Lesotho and was not rushed (which others do). Found the information interesting, the guide accommodating... More

Had a great day at the Zulu battlefields,Thami our guide was awesome. Picked up in Ballito and driven all round Isandlwana to walk on the ground where 3000 Zulu warriors and 1300 British soldiers died was a very eerie quiet atmosphere,no birds or noise. Then off to Rorke's Drift 11 VC's won in a day. The memory will stay with... More

Great Full day out. We had a fantastic, comfortable very informative trip. We found the buffet food in Rorkes Drift Hotel excellent and our guide and driver very helpful. There was so much to see and take in from the Historic audio I was even given a copy. There is so much history tied up with the Zulu wars I... More
