Love this place so much we live here. The golf course is not always in perfect condition but it is always fun to play and you don't have people pushing you and you can find your ball easy. If you are not very good at golf yet that is okay here we have a group that loves to play together 2 times a week to socialize it is the nfl group no freakin losers group which is always fun to get together. After golf we all go into the out of. Bounds lounge and have a cocktail or 2 and just visit. The resturant only serves dinner on Fridays but you always get a lot of food and our cook is good. The golf is cheap to play and everyone out here is very friendly and make you feel welcome. Once a month they have karaoke in the bar also beN bag toss outside the bar and bingo once a month bunco and darts every week this is a very active fun community to live and the price is right with great views and great friends what more could you ask for. There are more activities here like a group that go out in jeeps and a group that go out on there razor buggies always. Something going on in Valle vista come on out and try our little golf course you might want to move out here too. Also there are 2 winery's in our community

This is a wonderful small restaurant tucked away north of Kingman AZ just off Route 66 in Valle Vista. Friday night is the only night for dinner currently but it's always delicious ... and they are more than happy to accommodate your requests. Breakfasts are delightful anytime. Service is quick and prices are very reasonable. If you have room, try their dessserts!

Tucked quietly away on Valle Vista's main drive, Concho Drive, you could drive right by it and never know it's there. Limited day time hours and only one dinner per week (on Friday's) this little restaurant is the only place you can sit down to eat between the airport exit and Hackberry General Store. Only open until about 2pm daily they serve a nice variety of breakfast and lunch items. I'm there weekly. Ramy is one of the servers and Irene is one of the cooks. You can tweak any of your orders without regret. The food is always fresh, hot and served with a smile and polite conversation. It's open to the public. The restaurant is usually decorated according to season and they have special Friday night dinners alot of the residents take advantage of.

Great little club house. Good food at great prices, and the bar has a good vibe. People there are as friendly as it gets , taking the time to say hi and ask where your from. The golf course is a lot of fun with, again, great rates and nice people at check-in. Enjoyed spending time after the round watching the game on the TV, eating some lunch and visiting with the locals.
