Soweto Township with Cradle of Human Kind Day Tour from Johannesburg or Pretoria

1 review
The famous Soweto Township—former home of Nelson Mandela—and the UNESCO-listed Cradle of Humankind are two of the most significant historic sites around Johannesburg. Explore both on this full-day tour and learn more about South African history as you visit the Hector Pieterson Museum and the Nelson Mandela House in Soweto. After lunch (own expense), visit the Cradle of Humankind, where you can browse the interactive displays and take an underground boat ride at the Maropeng Visitor Center.

One place to hang out late in Cape Town without safety worries. Choice of classy eateries, not much vegan options.

Visit the food court and was good. Loved the layouts and plenty of choices to make when hungry. Will visit again.
