We took the children to show them the animals! It was such a lovely outing. All the animals was well looked after and none of them seem agitated. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Zoo grounds are clean and well looked after! Definitely a must...More

I went to Johannesburg Zoo in April 2018. The animals and variety of Birds and animals. Its very clean. We spot Tiger, Lions, Rhinos in the afternoon. Also, watch Crocodiles while feeding. Specially Amezon animals there was a separate place to see for kids.

Hi Ruth Just called to find out for you - there do NOT have the golf cart tours available anymore but do have wheelchairs for hire (R100 per day). Hope this helps.

No, not possible. To interact with baby lions you should go to Lion Park.

Hi Gustavo the answer is no. Even if they in cages it's still wild animals.
