We arrived and 3:30 and were told we could only do the maze but we really wanted forest walk and eventually they let us do it. It was a lot of fun- riddles and puzzles! I would say the forest walk is great for ages 11 and up, our 9yo found it a little tricky. But we loved it and would recommend it.

We had a fantastic time at puzzle park with the family. We have been there loads of times before and it is always a winner. There is a lovely tea garden (when it’s not lockdown) that has free games like giant Jenga and 0’s and X’s on the tables and a jungle gym. We did the 3D maze as the kids are a bit older and it was a hit, although challenging.

Went there based on the trip advisor reviews on the way back from PE on garden route...damn glad I did as it was a very welcome break in the journey for us and our “oh so very teenage” girls. They loped in looking moody And suddenly brightened up into likeable people again once they got the gist. Spent an hour or so doing the puzzle trail and finished off with an ice cream, drink and a shop at their cafe & shop. Very pleasant. Staff were also great fun and very helpful. James in particular made it all a right giggle.

Extremely unfriendly, lazy and rude staff. Expensive place above that. You get no value for money are they treating customers like intruders that make them work. Rather go somewhere else!

We had been intrigued by the sign for this attraction and finally gave it a go not knowing what to expect. We were bowled over. The gent that owns/runs it is a real charmer and he's put together a genuinely unique attraction for all ages. We had a real lesson in family collaboration in the 3D maze and along the woodland walk which is punctuated by challenging puzzles. Sadly we didn't score highly enough to earn a free drink. We can't recommend this highly enough.

This place was the surprise hit of our Garden Route road trip. Usually puzzle places are either geared to kids and a bit boring for adults, or too hard for the kids. This was perfect. I went with my 11 year old son. It was a school day morning so it was quiet. You can choose between a maze ticket or a ticket for the puzzle walk (or a combo of both). The maze was in the sun and the staff person estimated it would take us 60-75 mins so we opted for the puzzle walk. This was so cool. You walk through the woods and visit 9 puzzle stations. It’s a little buggy so I recommend closed toe shoes and some bug spray. The stations are each really well done - you get 5 mins and if you don’t solve, the box closes up. Working together, we were able to get 7 of the 9 during the allotted time. We were here for a couple hours between the puzzle walk and playing some of the games. A really terrific time and I’m so glad we stopped - highly recommended!

We were coming back from Tsitsikamma and as the weather wasn’t great (foggy) our options were a bit limited. I’d read about the puzzle park which sounded fun but our teenaged kids (17 yr old son and 15 yr old daughter tutted and rolled their eyes as I expected). Persevere though because they both absolutely loved it and even more surprisingly they admitted that, despite their initial cynicism, they’d had a really good time (and not a screen in sight!)

The two guides working there couldn’t have been nicer either.

Were looking for something different to do with two families and a set of grandparents (ages 5 - 72). Started out in the maze after dividing into 3 groups as advised by the very friendly and helpful staff - quite the challenge. Took about an hour. Broke for lunch which was reasonable and well enjoyed under the shade trees.
The puzzle trail was challenging and thus not as engaging for the younger members of our party. Fierce competition amongst the older group.
All in all a great fun day’s outing which I would highly recomend

We went with our daughters (ages 11 and 13). We did the 3D maze and the Forest Puzzle walk.

The 3D maze took about an hour to do and was great fun. You had to find your way through to towers where you would need to solve a riddle. There were four towers/riddles to find/solve, once those were complete you needed to find your way out and tell the attendant what the answers had in common.

The forest maze was more of a mental challenge. You would walk up to a station along a path and there would be a puzzle to solve. You only had 5 minutes to solve it. At 5 minutes, the puzzle would flip over and close on you. If you solved it, you would be rewarded with a wooden stick. At the end, if you had enough sticks, you would be given a voucher for a drink at the café. My husband and I got most of the challenges, but it was very hard for the girls to solve them. At the end, they were given drink vouchers anyways, so they were happy. The forest maze was very well done, just not great for our age kids.
