This is a relatively easy hike with stunning views! Especially when you get to the point and you are surrounded by sea. We sat there for a long time enjoying our lunch. Just make sure you ask re the tides as the one time we got slightly scared the last little bit as the waves were pushing up quite high.

Robberg nature reserve is an awesome hike....your level of fitness needs to be there as there are parts of Robberg which are very steep and can be jarring on the knees.....Views superb.....relax and chill on the reserve ....a must do when in Plett...

We did a sort-of Whitsand hike - we had planned to do the whole way around, but it turned out that there is a dangerous part on the Whitsand trail as well as the longer one. It wasn't mentioned on the paper map we were given (a skull and crossbones showed a dangerous place on the full hike around the... More

We did the 11km route, easy walk in the beginning until we reached half way thru where we had to climb up and down the rocks, very tough but all worth it overlooking the stunning views. Very challenging but all worth it!

We walked Robberg last Sunday and it was amazing. Saw seals, dolphins and even sharks! We decided to do the 9.2km which was such a challenge. The initial walk to the point is fine, but afterwards it is constant walking over rocks which can be tricky for those with bad ankles. Although thoroughly enjoyed the walk!

Easy stroll - you have a choice of different routes with different levels of difficulty. Exellent views and lots of small animals. If you can carry a picknick basket or even a portable barberque you can have a beech braai/barbeque.

Even though we only did the shortest walk it was 100% worth the time. Will definitely go back again and do the "full monty". The highlight was seeing 6 Great Whites just below us. This is definitely not a walk for children Superb scenery

Beautiful trail around the Robberg. Great for running as well, but challenging. Provides beautiful views on Plett and the bay. Spotting seals, dolphins and whales.
