If in East London I would recommend the Hemingways Mall. Lots of shops, grocery, and restaurants to choose from.

The mall has a variety of shops where you can choose what you want. There are multiple entry points wherein you can access the mall and parking is free during the week days.

Unfortunately Hemingways mall is far from the harbour but local and private transport are always available to visiting guests. Hope this helps.
