We stopped in to Cabal Cellars on a whim. Most of us were hot and ready to get in the car and head down the valley. Cabal was GREAT! We initially came to try the wines of a famous musician up the hill and left most impressed with Cabal Cellars. Our server was awesome. He explained the wine, the inspiration of the wine and each pour came with a tiny history lesson about the cabal that inspired it. Visit Jerome for the big name, but make sure to stop here before you leave.

Special thanks to James for the great service and stories. This place is a gem. Look for it on your walk around town - just around the corner from the Flatiron Cafe. Super high quality - especially the reds. My wife and I walked out with tow bottles each. We will be back!

The wine was all good and each bottle has a twist....the label pictures a “conspiracy theory”. The server explains the story and that makes the tasting even more fun! This is an upscale tasting room but prices are reasonable! My favorite was the Syrah. Worth a stop if yiu are in Jerome AZ!

First, Cody our server, was a blast to chat with. Really knows his stuff and is passionate about what he does. We are probably borderline wine snobs with a son and his significant other in the industry in California so we have drunk our share of very good wine but I have to say we really like what we tasted at Cabal and the sister winery of Passion Cellars. We signed up for the wine club and bought a case to boot. Besides, you're helping support the Az wine industry

Wine tasting of 5 of your choice. Cody is a trip. All wines are local Az. Buy a bottle or 3 and the tasting subtracts from what you bought. Ship 5 or under for flat fee of, ready?, $20. I know right. So we bought and shipped. Don’t miss if you like wine and tastings.

This place is run by the same people at Passion Cellars. It's down the hill from that tasting room. And it's certainly worth the time to visit both. (They're my #1 and #2 favorite tasting rooms in Jerome.)
Flights are reasonable. Bottles are reasonable. And the wine highlights the best traits of the Verde Valley.
