I visited Jerome, a charming ghost town, and decided to check out Cabal Cellars, a local winery. I was hoping to enjoy some wine and cheese, but I was very disappointed by the service. The woman who greeted us, Michelle, was rude and unwelcoming. She made us feel like we were not wanted there. We left quickly and did not even get to taste their wines. I think Cabal Cellars should train their staff better and treat their customers with respect. Jerome is a fun town to explore, but Cabal Cellars deserve only 1 star for their service.

Jerome is a fun little town. We stopped in to taste some wine. However, the service from the server Michelle was below standard. Very disappointing. The only good thing about the location was the wine. We left quickly and went elsewhere to another tasting room. We recommend that you visit Jerome but avoid Cabal Cellars.

The wine was all good and each bottle has a twist....the label pictures a “conspiracy theory”. The server explains the story and that makes the tasting even more fun! This is an upscale tasting room but prices are reasonable! My favorite was the Syrah. Worth a stop if yiu are in Jerome AZ!

First, Cody our server, was a blast to chat with. Really knows his stuff and is passionate about what he does. We are probably borderline wine snobs with a son and his significant other in the industry in California so we have drunk our share of very good wine but I have to say we really like what we tasted at Cabal and the sister winery of Passion Cellars. We signed up for the wine club and bought a case to boot. Besides, you're helping support the Az wine industry

Wine tasting of 5 of your choice. Cody is a trip. All wines are local Az. Buy a bottle or 3 and the tasting subtracts from what you bought. Ship 5 or under for flat fee of, ready?, $20. I know right. So we bought and shipped. Don’t miss if you like wine and tastings.

This place is run by the same people at Passion Cellars. It's down the hill from that tasting room. And it's certainly worth the time to visit both. (They're my #1 and #2 favorite tasting rooms in Jerome.)

Flights are reasonable. Bottles are reasonable. And the wine highlights the best traits of the Verde Valley.
