This was the first time we had been to the arena for a hockey game and we were totally impressed with the venue. We purchased tickets the weekend before when we were at the RV show at the stadium next to the arena. The ticket kiosk was easy to use, parking was free and staff were very friendly and helpful.... We attended a hockey game and the staff were friendly and willing to assist. This was the first time we visited and found it easy to get around, signage well placed and the facility was very clean including the washrooms

Great place for hockey. Located in Westgate Entertainment District. We came from Surprise and it was so easy to access and park. Get there early enough and there are free parking options for concerts & hockey. Great sight lines to watch game.

Quality rink with lots of ticket opportunities to watch the NHL coyotes! Look for game promotions for ticket deals! And go early to experience the stores and restaurants next to the rink. Free parking with a short walk!

Usually a very expensive spot for an type of refreshments, but with the Tim Hortons, it's possible to have a snack and (non-alcoholic)beverage in expensively.

I had the pleasure of attending 2 hockey games during my stay in the Phoenix area. Although the Coyotes lost both games, the atmosphere was excellent. It is also an easy arena to get into and out again at the end of the game. And lots of other forms of entertainment in the area. Nice time.

We visited here to attend a Winnipeg Jets vs. Arizona Coyotes game. We had been shopping before hand, so we were in Shorts and Tank Tops... I would not recommend that! Other than that, we had a great time! Buy your tickets ahead of time, they are cheaper that way. We even got to see our Winnipeg Jets win! :)

This is a very nice arena for a Hockey game in the Phoenix area. Make to sure to bring a jacket or hoodie, it gets cold inside during a hockey game. Great views from every seat in the arena, short lines for restrooms, food and beer.

Attend a hockey game annually at this arena. It is located in Westgate Entertainment Village so that you can come hours in advance for food/drinks. Gila River Arena is modern and we try to locate ourselves on the first level for great viewing. The arena is busy like many arenas. Fun experience.

I don't find this stadium to be very comfortable. Seating is very tight and uncomfortable. The food service was so slow, took over 25 min to get out order, missed 12 minutes of the second period.
