Attention: I have been walking at this park now for about 1 month. I discovered it looking at a map of the area we moved to. If you like the outdoors and are into more flat walking trails this is for you. This is NOT hiking; you will not bend the knee. This is more for casual walkers or speed... More

I love this park. You feel like you are not in the city. In the spring you get to see all of the flowers blooming and the baby ducks and turtles. In the winter you get to see the Canadian geese.

This is a nice oasis in the middle of a community. Lots of birds, rabbits, fish, plants, informative boards and people to see, watch and learn about here. Nice grounds, well kept-but not overly groomed, stone pathways through most of the preserve, asphalt, otherwise. There is a nice, large fishing/observation pier out over plenty of water. Several inlets where you... More

There's a pleasant park area adjacent to a library which is probably very nice for locals to hang out at, but the only reason for anyone else to go out of their way to come here is for the birding. Several miles of trails circle several lakes and ponds. It isn't particularly scenic but it's great for attracting birds.

Because I want to keep this place to myself! Located right in the center of Gilbert is this cool area to check out. A few miles of trails, lots of birds, small animals, and many photo ops to check out. Highly recommended!

This is a great area to go to. It has a small planetarium, a Dino dig, small lake to fish. Great area to walk around and see desert landscape and wild life. Best of all it's a great area for Pokémon go. Day or night you'll enjoy the riparian

I stopped by yesterday and took a half hour walk through. Lots of signage to explain what you may see on your hike.

I have been visiting the Riparian for many years. It's a great place to take a walk and see some nature without leaving the city. Sometimes it gets a little crowded on weekends.

The Riparian preserve is an excellent place to visit if you enjoy bird watching. There are many species of birds and many nest in the preserve. If you want to now which is which you ask someone with binoculars and a camera. There's also some easy hiking with kids or the family dog and if you're a runner the trails... More

Wonderful nature setting for a walk. Multiple ponds and wildlife. The paths are flat and easy to walk. Lots of parking. They process 4 million gallons of reclaimed water a day through this park, recharging the aquifer so it is every environmental friendly. Great foresight in building this park. Highly recommend!
