This is wonderful place to see birds, or just walk around the lake. It is right next door to the library and they often have events/gatherings here that are worth checking out.

I visited the preserve on a hot day in July when the temperature reached 122 degrees, but it was worth it. Walked for about three hours enjoying birds, jackrabbits and nature in general.
