Cool selection of rocks - largest store I've ever been in. Nice owners - who collect some of the rocks themselves. In the cute town of Cottonwood - worth a stop.

This rock shop is worth the drive from Sedona! They have an amazing collection of rocks, crystals and fossils. I bought a fossilized dinosaur tooth for my grandson. They also had darling geodes the size of a golf ball, precut. It was fun opening them...More

This is a very complete rock shop with knowledgeable owners. And they have all the equipment you might need to do your own rock hunting, polishing, or jewelry making. The only caveat is that they are a but too expensive.

Purchased a piece of malachite polished. $185. Got home and found out the value was about $59.00! This cute little couple charged us about 3 to 5 times the actual highest retail price I could find. My jeweler said I was definitely taken. Buyer beware!!!

My son and I had visited a few other rock stores while visiting Sedona and they all were the same. Some nice rocks but limited selection and high tourist town prices. Jim & Ellen's Rock Shop was different. It had a very large selection but...More
