Lots of area to 'social distance' in this covid-19 world. The parking area is large enough to accommodate quite a few vehicles.

Riverfront Park is Cottonwood’s largest park. The main area includes five ramadas with picnic tables, a barbecue, two sand volleyball courts, a large swing set, a five-court horseshoe pit and a grassy area for field games. Two children’s play apparatus are available. One is for 5 to 12-year-olds and the other is perfect for the little hands and feet of 2 to 5-year-olds. Other amenities included at the park are a four-field adult softball field complex, a skateboard park, an in-line hockey rink, and an 18-tee Disc Golf Course. A four-field youth ball complex is located on 10th Street. The Cottonwood Riverfront Dog Park is located to the west of the youth complex. Stopped here to enjoy a picnic lunch. The park was clean and appeared to have multifunctional uses: ball fields, children’s play area, walking paths, several covered picnic tables, and benches for resting along the walking path. Enjoyed our lunch.
