Our tour to four wineries will be either in a luxury tour coach, or in a luxury SUV depending on the size of the group going out that day.

You may choose to enjoy tastings or bottles of award winning wines. You will receive discounts for tastings and bottles of wine, at some of the wineries. Also, we are the only tour company that allows you to bring your own alcoholic (or nonalcoholic) beverages with you on the bus.

At one of the wineries we will have a picnic, outside next to the grape vines or inside depending on the weather. The picnic is served on linens, includes a personal charquterie board. This includes French bread, gourmet cheeses, hard salami, olive oil with balsamic vinegar, grapes, nuts and chocolates, for each individual person on the tour.

At one of the award winning wineries we will be touring the production facility and barrel room. There we will discuss the wine making process and what it takes to make a cluster of grapes into an award winning bottle of wine.

Lots of area to 'social distance' in this covid-19 world. The parking area is large enough to accommodate quite a few vehicles.

Riverfront Park is Cottonwood’s largest park. The main area includes five ramadas with picnic tables, a barbecue, two sand volleyball courts, a large swing set, a five-court horseshoe pit and a grassy area for field games. Two children’s play apparatus are available. One is for 5 to 12-year-olds and the other is perfect for the little hands and feet of 2 to 5-year-olds. Other amenities included at the park are a four-field adult softball field complex, a skateboard park, an in-line hockey rink, and an 18-tee Disc Golf Course. A four-field youth ball complex is located on 10th Street. The Cottonwood Riverfront Dog Park is located to the west of the youth complex. This is a 1 1/3-acre facility with 3 areas for dogs to enjoy: a small and shy dog area for dogs under 25 pounds, a large dog area for all others and a training/discipline area available for dog obedience training, K9 Law Enforcement training and other classes. Please review the posted rules and be prepared to observe them or to report violators. The enjoyment of the park is directly related to the observance of the rules. Rules are enforced by the Cottonwood Police Department. Some of these amenities may be reserved for private activities. Rental fees and cleaning deposits are required on all reservations.

Walked awhile on the Jail Trail. We never did see the river, but maybe we went the wrong way? Not very interesting, but I did see several trees with their Fall Foliage, so that made it better! The trail was a bit rocky but flat, so it was an easy walk. Parking on the main street in a lot by the trail entrance was easy as well.

Stopped here to enjoy a picnic lunch. The park was clean and appeared to have multifunctional uses: ball fields, children’s play area, walking paths, several covered picnic tables, and benches for resting along the walking path. Enjoyed our lunch.
