We took the behind the scene winery tour and it was fun and informative. All the wines we tasted were delicious. Page Springs is a beautiful property. You can sit on the outside deck and have a tasting and order food or take your food and a bottle and sit by the creek or other quaint and lovely seating areas. Great service and staff!

Excellent area for people to enjoy and relax. Good side stop from Sedona or Jerome. Close to I-17. I would recommend and will return.

There are three fledgling wineries in Page Springs Valley, just North of Sedona, Arizona. We visited all three in short order. The first, Javelina Leap, appears attractive albeit tiny by California standards. The gentleman who was offering the tasting was frankly rude and disinterested. We left without tasting. The next stop was Oak Creek Winery. We found their hospitality and several of their wines to be really very good. Particularly the Petite Verdot and Merlot. The Sirah was unimpressive as was the Savignon Blanc. The wines appeared modestly high in price compared to our expectations from California. Finally we stopped at Page Springs Winery. This was a larger winery with a pleasant but smallish tasting room. A sports car club had just arrived ahead of us. This group of twenty or more had overwhelmed the capacity of the staff, and they were not interested in talking to us. Once again we departed without tasting. All and all, Page Springs is a far cry from the style and polish of tasting in Calfornia or Oregon.

So peaceful. The beauty takes your breath away. Wish I could live there.
I traveled with my 2 dogs from Overland Park, KS. A lovely trip, I was not prepared for the beauty of this area.
There is nothing that I didn't like.

Page Springs Road is fifteen minutes from Sedona and one hour and six minutes from the Grand Canyon South Rim entrance. The small, historic valley, which rambles along the greenbelt of Oak Creek, is home to three Arizona wineries, a creek side restaurant and a fish hatchery that are all open to visitors.

A beautiful winding road through the Oak Creek basin.
An absolutely beautiful and fun bed and breakfast: The Vineyards Bed and Breakfast.
4 wineries/tasting rooms: Page Springs Cellars, Javelina Leap, Oak Creek, and DA Ranch. Page Springs and Javelina have excellent food too.....
A great restaurant: Up The Creek.
Arizona's largest fish hatchery: Nearly 1 million trout raised each year!
5 minutes from 5 excellent places to eat in little old Cornville. Don't let the name fool you, it's crazy cool.
8 minutes from west Sedona.
10 minutes from Old Town Cottonwood.
20 minutes from historic Jerome.

This is such a pretty hidden area and worth the slight detour. There a three wineries and a couple of bed and breakfasts along the way. (See review for Vineyards b&b.) It's a curvy road winding along the creek.

It is a nice winding road drive. We visited the Oak Creek Winery. It was one of my favorite tastings in the area. We are planning on going back to visit the Grasshopper Grill.
