Utv rental was fantastic! Scenery was spectular on ridge top many flowers, cacti blooming, the vastness of the desert is phenomenal. 20 min ride on paved street then hit the wash through the canyon. Timed our ride perfectly half day rental.

I did the half day rental and the whole experience was awesome! I originally had the morning session but it was below 40 degrees and they allowed me to push it to the afternoon to allow the temp to come up. Very knowledgeable and helpful in showing me the trail system. Wish I would have done the whole day as You have to monitor the time to make sure you get back before your times up. Would be a 5 star but I feel the 4 is more justified as the cost is a bit high for a half day. Keep in mind the advertised website price is before taxes and fees, so add another $40.

These guys really hooked my family and I up. Brand new RZR 1000 side by side and a decent Wr250 we had a great time ripping thru the desert. If you had a bad time with these guys, you probably don’t know how to ride or don’t belong near a motorized vehicle. If you know what you’re doing choose these guys.

On December 7th, a group us rented side-by-sides. Needless to say, the experience was awful and I highly, highly suggest you go elsewhere. However, being that two other people in our party posted their “unsatisfied” review, I chose not to write anything else, until now..... After reading the responses from the egotistical management on the other posts, I can’t help but post this review in efforts of not having others subjected to the same lack of customer service and experience we received. The manager’s response is completely out of line, not to mention a LIE. To assume we walked in with agenda is nothing more than his way of “deflecting” the real issue at hand. I can assure anyone reading this that the only thing on our agenda was to have fun. Our agenda was ruined the moment we stepped into their unwelcoming facility. Not offering insurance is basically a scheme and it sets up customers for being responsible for ANY type of damage, even a scratch, and allows for the business to purchase a new one at the customer’s expense. This alone takes the fun out of the entire experience. Even when asked, “what if someone hits us?”, we were told “that has to be worked out between you and them.” That doesn’t sound like customer service if you ask me?!? The young gentleman who worked there even agreed that is was “crazy” they didn’t offer insurance. I’d also like to add that upon our return, I waited in the parking lot. A group of people who parked there asked how it was? I was honest and told them I didn’t have a good time at which point the female employee popped out from around the corner and told me not to be doing that.....do what? Be honest? And who is she to be lurking around the parking lot worrying about what I have to say? Shouldn’t she be attending to their customers? To the management that will read this, let me be clear, we have every right to share our opinion when we are UNSATISFIED. Just because you don’t like what we have to say, does not give you the right to make assumptions regarding our so-called agenda. I’m highly offended by your comments and do not appreciate your attempt to make us look bad when in actuality it’s your business and lack of customer service that is indeed bad. On top of not offering any type of insurance, We spent a total of 18 miles on the main highway to get to the trial. That alone ate up 40 mins of our 2 hour tour. There’s no scenery, and the so called river at the end might as well be called a creek. So to anyone reading this, as that’s what Trip Advisor is all about, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. There’s plenty of other businesses that offer the same thing and I would suggest trying them instead.

Terrible! After a 45 minute car ride (to and from) with anticipation of a great time with friends I can say my expectations were not met. No view, you drive in a valley. Insurance is not offered so make sure you don’t have any type of accident. You have to ride on the highway to get to the trail and that takes away from the time frame you have to experience the scenery and fun. When asked how our time was from one of the male employees, before being able to answer, the woman working said they all are not happy. I found this to be very rude. Upon entering our car to leave, after stopping next door at a local establishment, we were asked by another group of people “How was it in there?” We replied “not good”. (We were referring to the restaurant, not this business) The woman approached and said we can’t reply and say things to the other group of people. Why? Also, why are you in the parking lot worried about what we are saying? Bottom line is that is completely unprofessional on her part. Overall, I would say to go somewhere else that offers the same type of service.
