Challenging play, lots of hazards. Unforgiving should you find yourself off the fairway. The course is stunning....bring a camera, but don't take long for the shot. 18 holes expected in under 4.5 and it's a busy course. Don't be the folks holding up 5 foursomes please.

Target golf with terrific scenery. Challenging but fair. Not a long course hut very challenging. Terrific practice facility, great pro shop and nice grill with good food. Wonderful experience.

Played the south course and had a great time. Crew was great and very helpful, the people I played with were extreamly nice and were very kind providing pointers to help each other. If you have a tendency to veer off course with you shots bring extra balls they blend in with the landscape.

While in AZ, I took the chance to play the Boulders Gold Course North. A great, but narrow fairway desert course with great scenery. The club house shop people are so nice and the gold course starters and others are just great and can't do enough for you. The course was in great shape and the greens were fast. While... More

Played the south course which is was in perfect condition. Beautiful surroundings, neat rock formations, interesting shots but not overly difficult. I could play this course regularly and not be bored.

We had never played either course at The Boulders Golf Club (north & south) so we were excited to finally play one of these courses. My son and I came to Scottsdale for a 5 day golf getaway and one of the stops on the list was The Boulders Golf Club. After researching both courses, I came to the conclusion... More

If you want to stay on property the food is good here. Everything we experienced at The Boulders was good.

Spur of the moment opportunity to play golf at The Waldorf Astoria Boulders Golf Club (South Course) in Cave Creek on Monday, 12/22/14. My buddy (a local) got us $89 green fees via his Troon Club Card…best rate I found online was $150! OUCH!! There's a rumor the Waldorf Astoria might pull out of this location, and "someone else" take... More

Cool name and that is it. Extremely overrated golf course that is in poor condition and deteriorating fast. The layout is simply boring and short, course tips out at only 6800 yards. Monotonous repetition of short par fours. The overall experience was underwhelming in every way. Played in December, green fee as 160. Just a terrible golf course. Play anywhere... More

The south course was exceptionally breath-taking and challenging, but FUN! The staff were equally wonderful; helpful, professional and attentive.
