Artisan quality olive oil and balsamic--everything from cilantro-garlic-to watermelon--to habanero--to onion flavored balsamic and olive oils. This is a quaint store, with super-sweet staff who is willing to run you through all the amazing flavors with bread samples soaked in their fine oils and balsamic. This is not to be missed for anyone who loves the finer things in life.

My manicurist mentioned to me that she had made a salad dressing of white roasted garlic balsamic vinegar and blood orange olive oil. I tried it. It was delicious ~ I asked her where she had purchased it. The Bisbee Olive Oil store. My husband and I went over there recently and were amazed at the variety of oils and vinegars. I purchased both the white garlic and blood orange and tried several others. Chatted with the owner who hails from New Haven, Conn --- close to my husbands and my home towns. The olive oils are so light, but yet flavorful, that I will no longer purchase any needed oils at the grocery store. This is it.
I used the garlic balsamic vinegar in a shrimp stir fry for dinner recently and it was perfect.

We stopped in this shop to sample thier Olive Oils and Balsamic Vinegars. The gentleman in the shop was very knowledgeable and friendly. We bought some of each product.

My friend and I were in Bisbee for a quick getaway from the Phoenix heat, and as a cook, I wanted to check out this store. Fantastic selection of what seems to be 100s of different olive oils, plus balsamic vinegar, tapenades, and much more. All are available for tasting. I bought their house olive oil and classic Modena balsamic, and could have (and will) buy many more. Reasonably priced for such good quality products, and something for every taste, from mild to hot-hot-hot.

Rob, one of the owners, greeted us upon entering the store and was very friendly and chatty. He makes you feel like he's known you forever. I was looking for a particular flavored oil which he led me to and offered for me to taste it. Perfect!
The store is really inviting with so many offerings, you could easily spend 30-45 minutes there.
Some of Rob's record albums are framed and hang on the walls. He is a huge music buff and loves sharing stories! Just that day, a child of 10 had been in the store with some adults. Rob began chatting with the kid who said more than once "My grandpa sings that song" about a particular song that was playing in the background. (I don't remember the name of the song). Long story short - grandpa just happened to be one of the members of the band who made the song popular. You never know who might be visiting in Bisbee!

We happened onto this store during our walks around Old Bisbee. The owner, Rob, is super friendly and helpful, we enjoyed talking with him quite some time. The walls are covered with Rob's personal collection of classic rock memorabilia, and his Ipod was playing the store's background music. Very cool! Our purchase focused on the extensive array of olive oils and balsamic vinegars. Everything we tasted was excellent quality and maqrked at competitive prices, the same as you find at other boutique olive oil stores. We had to limit our purchase as we couldn't buy everything we wanted. Highly recommended.

Super cool place with a great variety of flavors both common and unusual. Prices were fair and there were lots of opportunities to sample things. My only wish is that they did more gift sets/variety packs!

Over 100 different flavors of olive oil. Rob the owner is so friendly with a great sense of humor. He accommodates all of his customers . Excellent store to check out. Highly recommended! !

We visited on a weekend and found the place to be quite charming. Wonderful assortment of olive oils and basalmic vinegar. All the olive oil is local and you can taste test each.
The manager, ( believe his name was Mark) was very nice and knowledgeable.
Highly recommend visiting and trying out the vast assortment of vinegar and olive oils.

If your are looking for quality oils and vinegars that are imported from all over the best regions of the world this is your stop, and it's not overly expensive as some are.
This has been there a long while and staffed with "family" so a quality experience. Definitely worth a stop for tastes!
