Holy grail!!

Such an awesome brewery in an awesome city. Laid back is the way to describe it all. I don't like IPAs but I can't go without at least one of their holy grail IPAS. It's fantastic

The guys who revived brewing in Bisbee learned their art in Germany and then rebuilt the Club to be state of the art. Try the lagers with lemon of orange ingredients. They also grill sausages and hotdogs, which allow me to sit and sip for a longer time.

Small but outdoor patio provides a larger space. I had the root beer, since no gluten free beer. Service not the fastest, but who's is in a hurry in Bisbee. Limited menu of brats and chili snd free popcorn. A larger menu would have upped the rating. Worth a visit.

Stopped in for an afternoon. Enjoyed the beer flight-there was a good selection of different beer styles and a clear brewed product with a slight peach after bite. The popcorn was free and although I didn't partake, they had brats and a chili that looked pretty good. Would absolutely recommend stopping in.

I don't drink, but I can see some of history here in the Wild West town in Arizona, where some of the old-time cowboy actors like John Wayne visited. Some of the wood in this place is a hundred years old.

Good selection of local microbrewed beer. A couple of tables and free popcorn(!!), nice patio outdoors for groups. Can get noisy on a busy weekend.

Awesome patio. Did not care for the beer at all. Fun and relaxed place. Very laid-back. Friendly service. Free popcorn.

We enjoyed having a nice cold beer after walking around Bisbee on a Friday night. The inside of the brewing company is nice and cozy. Staff makes you feel like part of the family. The brewery has a great patio with nice lighting, heaters and a quint funky vibe.

Visiting this place is probably the highlight of our trip. we had the pleasure of talking with the owner/brewmaster of this business. His name is Victor Winquist, What a pleasure that was. He took time to chat with us probably darn near an hour or so. He told us about the history of Bisbee, etc, the lady panning for gold after... More

My beer-loving companion fell in love with one of the beers OBBC produces; Copper City Ale. They produce just a few types of beer but from what I'm told all are good. I don't drink beer, BUT guess what -- these guys brew a beverage called Salut, which is based on an old French recipe that mimicked wine when the... More
