We tried a flight, an ale and a stout at the BBC. Also had a nice “spent grains” hot pretzel. We felt safe on the outdoor upper patio with widely spaced tables. It was the perfect spot to catch the last of the sun before it sank behind a distant hillside. Most beers were very good, but we didn’t care for the two IPA’s. They also distill gin, which we thought had a nice flavor.

Grab the sampler (all 7 available beers for $15) to figure out your favorite, order some vegan chili from Roka or a bratwurst with a side of Frito’s, chat with the friendly barkeep, go upstairs to drink your beer outside near a heater, buy a souvenir glass for $5, and howl with the locals at 8pm—a perfect date night in Bisbee.

Taking in the Bisbee sights and had to stop in for a brew. Located in a cool old building and is located adjacent to the actual brewery. Cool vibe inside. I had the Double Hopped IPA and the wife tried the Off-Kilter, a Scotch Ale with a slight sweetness and well balanced. 7.2% IBU 20. Stop in and try it!

Great brew pub with a seasonal selection of beer and “alternative” brews for those looking for something out of the ordinary. Fun outdoor seating area and the staff is super cool. For anyone wanting a longer stay at the brewery, an apartment is available above the bar. This is a “must stop” place while in Bisbee!
