We spent ten days on Tikehau last month. Did a few dives with these guys at the Pass. The diving was amazing! Mind blowing viz, lots of cool things to see, including Great Hammerhead sharks! But most of all, a huge thanks to Enzo and Eva (the dive instructors). You guys rock! Super cool, super friendly, and just made each day really chilled and enjoyable. We would come back tomorrow if we could. Tikehau is a special place. Give it some respect and it will give you some magic back! Luv you guys!

We were not impressed the dive operation. They were disorganized, and the boat is cramped. The boat came back an hour after the hotel restaurant stopped serving lunch. They were all very friendly. The diving was ok. Not the best, not the worst. There is the typical French Polynesia things to see. We did not see anything that we did see elsewhere. The coral is very poor. The fish population was thriving. The dive master we had was ok. He was friendly, but he let people get way to low on air, a diver was required to use the divemasters air for the reason, that they were too low. The diver singled they were getting low, and it was seemingly ignored until the dive master shared his air. For me this is not cool. The primary or head diver master was also very relaxed. Did not care if the weight belts were on correctly. They allowed them to wedge under BCDs and put on backwards. His attitude, was he never had a problem. We also watched people get on the boat without presenting their dive card. They were asked, and they said the lost it. When they got in the water is was clear that were novice divers and zero buoyancy control skills. Most likely they were not certified. I care about safety first and following the rules for everyone's safety and enjoyment - this operation was very relaxed about that. Some people might like that, but for me I respect diving, and prefer to do it by the book to keep me safe.

We are very sorry your experience was not the best. We always endeavor to put safety first and foremost. I will definitely double check with the instructors that were on board that day (what date did you dive on?). We do not use divemasters, only certified instructors under the French system (ANMP/FFESSM). Thank you for sharing your experience as it will definitely help improve our operation.

Well organised, friendly guides who spoke good enough English to be clear with dive briefings. The Tikehau pass has a bit of everything small stuff, big stuff & tonnes of fish. They picked me up from my pensione (on a different motu) each day. Definitely try and organise a sunset dive with them as the light is fantastic. They also work with Top Dive so you can use your Island pass here. They take credit cards too! Thank you to Olivier, Sebastian, Jaime & Francoise for looking after me so well.
