Best trip with so much underwater life. You will fully enjoy and feel that each moment has a new discovery! Go independently with a boat rental, which is easy to do! Avoid expensive excursions. Best trip ever.

We rented a boat and took it over to the Coral Garden. There were only 2-3 other small boats there and maybe 10 other people over a relatively large space. I am not the biggest fan of snorkeling. I don't know why. I used to be on the swim team in high school, so maybe all the time in the... More

The reef is every shallow and t=water flows in with a steady flow. My mind imagined a conveyor belt of coral with me still. Lots of fish. CLEEAAR water. Get a reliable dive boat. Dont worry about floating. ITs tough to sink. If need be get a underwater camera. Dont forget the waterproof sunscreen.

We are staying in a hotel which is on the other side of the island of the coral gardens, and pass by them a couple of times each day in a kayak. On the average day you can count 5 or 6 boats and perhaps 20 to 50 people in the water. On a day when a cruise ship is... More

There are many options to go to the coral garden. I visited for the first time with pure snorleking (best option) and later I get there on a caone from the Maitai Hotel. Tours make easier to get there and having extra information, but I think thar later it is really good to go by yourself. I you like to... More

An opportunity for beautiful Snorkeling with a wide range of fish. Every colour & size you could imagine. Shallow & deep corals so it offers both options. I prefer deep corals but my husband likes to get up close in personal. Remember to bring your under water camera or GoPro. There are a lot of boat tours that are available... More

This tour was a lot of fun. A great experience interfacing with marine life. So many fascinating things to see under the water in this part of the world.

I went to the Coral Gardens with a romantic tour charter, and this was one of the stops. It's an absolutely beautiful environment you can see by snorkeling - no diving required. Plenty of fish, colorful clams, great visibility! Strongly suggest you make this one of your stops in Bora Bora.

I could have spent the entire day here. I saw so many different varieties of fish! The coral was alive and beautiful. Moray eels, idol fish, butterfly fish and so many others.

Stay at Le Tahaa Resort and Spa and you are there. Drift snorkel then do it over again! Extremely cool.
