you're grasping for straws if you think otherwise. There are actually a few things worth seeing on land but this isn't it. Try seeing one of the original Men's Houses or the one that is for everyone (the most beautiful of them all) or the...More

There are many wonderful things about Yap. This bridge is not one of them. I walked across it several times getting too/from Kolonia. Frankly, I'm shocked to see it on Trip Advisor as an "attraction".

It's not so much the bridge as it is the boats tied up at one end. It's kind of a heritage boat building and sailing center that is trying to keep the traditions alive. Worth a stop and if they are selling anything, buy something.

Bridge is in the very center of town and offers a good view. Not much traffic at all, but be careful.

Catch the traditional canoes tied up besides the bridge at the heritage centre (a fantastic visit in itself) and don't miss the views across the lagoon - beautiful!

Nice to walk over it, but nothing spectacular. You'll invariably walk over it if you walk through the village of Colonia, but in the end you'll turn and come right back.

Great for a pre dinner stroll and easily accessible from any of the hotels in downtown Colonia.
