We signed for the beginner Padi scuba diver course through Groupon. We called Arabian diver,s reservations and within 2 days we were sent a confirmation email. We were offered weekends which we were very pleased with. Mr. Albert even took care of the Hilton hotel reservation which so convenient. We were very pleased that all Arabian Diver guests receive special rates at the Hilton.
The Hilton was a great little resort. Rooms were spacious. The food was great. Huge selection. The staff were very friendly. They all smiled. The girls in the restaurant were sweet.
During the days we took a dive course with Arabian diver. The dive center is located in the resort. That makes it so convenient. Neil was our instructor. He was quite knowledgable. He was very patient especially with my wife. She was scared at first but our instructor really went slow. And it seems they only allow 6 students per instructor with Arabian diver. That was a major selling point because we called other dive centers and some take 10 per instructor.
The boat trip was a nice way to see the coastline of Fujairah. The dive sites were great. We were suprised by how much marine life is there. And the visibility was good. Our instructor was very good with us. We felt very safe. The equipment was in good shape.
Overall it was a great way to spend the weekend. I will definetly recommend Arabian diver to others. We can,t wait to get back and do our advance course with them.

I took a trip in June with my boyfriend onboard there schooner The Lejaine. we had a fantastic time. from the start we were in love with the boat. the feel and energy is wonderful. the boat is very spacious. plenty of room to walk around. there were around 25 other guests but with such space you don't feel cramped at all.
we headed out to a overnight trip to Moon Island. the trip does take 5 hours to get there. but the crew really do a great job to try to keep you comfortable. Albert was very helpful. kept asking us what we wanted for drinks. the captain Adel was great. kept offering us fishing and even let my boyfriend drive the boat for a while. thank you for that.
the food onboard was all freshly prepared. the selection was enough. they offered everything. Dinner was a BBQ with Australian Lamb... Wow.. talk about 5*...
at the night the boys set up the camp site and even had a fire waiting for us when we got off the boat. how thoughtful;
the next day we spent the morning snorkeling and fishing. my boyfriend did some beginner scuba diver training. He said that the instructor was extremely patient and knowledgeable.. he had such a smile on his face when he finished. I think now he is addicted.
there were other activities also such as beach football. some of the guests had a game going on. got a little competitive.. but everyone seemed to have a great time...
on the way back everyone sort of just lounged and listened to music.. it was really relaxing.. perfect little getaway from the city.
overall we would highly recommend this trip... great job to all the crew and management...

We took a yacht cruise in Recently with Arabian diver. From the beginning we knew this was gonna be great. The yacht itself is so beautul. Plenty of space . Some people were lounging, some were fishing. We set sail to a island of the coast of Dubai. Along the way we saw the whole Dubai skyline. Once at the island we listened to a safety briefing then went out on a snorkel.
I was surprised with the large amount of fish life. The kids really enjoyed it.
The crew on board were so friendly. From the host to the captain. They went out of there way to make sure every guest was satisfied. The captain Adel even let our kids steer the boat. My son had such a great time, a big thank you.
We will definetly recommend this trip. Can't wait to come back next month.

I booked a dive trip with a total group of 6 people. 4 divers and 2 non-divers.
We booked the trip as it was a special occasion (my 100th dive), and I wanted it to be memorable.
The 'big sell' of Arabian Divers was the fact that the company uses a fairly unique 'schooner' called the Lojainet.
In the days leading up to our trip I was in regular contact with one of the owners of Arabian Divers, called Adel.
Adel assured our group that the schooner was an extremely comfortable ship and he insisted that we paid in full in advance.
When I queried this, and asked what would happen if the weather turned bad and prevented us sailing, I was simply told that if I wanted to book the trip I would have to pay in advance, and in full.
The day before the trip, Adel called me and suggested the schoonee might not be too comfortable because we were experiencing very high humidity.
I explained that myself and the group would be disappointed because we had made the booking specifically because of the schooner.
On the day, despite the fact that Adel had said the alternative boat would be roomy and very confortable, the trip was nothing short of a disaster.
The alternative boat was far too small to comfortably carry six passengers and it was very clearly not suitable for use as a dive boat.
The dive equipment was not able to be adequately secured, the air conditioning kept cutting out, resulting in temperatures in the overcrowded cabin being unbearable at times as the temperature was around 45 degrees.
Then one of the two engines failed, and Adel decided to not turn the remaining engine off in case that failed too.
We were faced with either to sit in an unbearably hot cabin dripping with condensation from the high humidity, or sit on top of the cylinders outside and almost choke on the engine exhaust fumes.
Conditions were rapidly getting worse and possibly even dangerous.
Adel said to that he would never use that boat again, and he would give us a AED100 per person refund by way of compensation.
Despite me ringing Adel countless times and emailing him many times, I am still waiting for my refund.
There is absolutely no excuse whatsoever for such rude and unprofessional behaviour and I intend to recover the money owed to me plus true compensation, and if I have to contact the courts to do this then so be it.
My advice is...do not use this company as their service is appalling.

We booked a sailing trip to moonisland using a discount voucher. Obviously we recieved discounted service and a discounted experience too. Not very happy. From bad food to setting our your own tent, no toilet on the beach, no promised games, no lights (lanterns or flashlights) on a dark island, nealy gassed in diesel fumed cabin, not enough snorkling gear (only goggles no fins) for all on board, only 2 fishing rods for 16 people and very unhygienic food. O and don't forget, we booked a sailing trip and never saw a sail........
It is not worth the discounted money we paid and definitely not worth the full price.

We thank you for your comments, we will use them to improve on all future excursions.
We would like to highlight a few points:
1. In the Captains safety briefing the weather forecast was clearly
mentioned. We offered an alternate island that is closer and would have
been more suitable for your group. Your group insisted on the original
destination Moon Island
2. The Captain¹s welcoming and safety briefing highlighted the fact that
the weather would significantly delay our arrival time to the Island. The
alternate location was recommended so that all planned activities could be
honoured.
3. The sails were not opened as the wind was coming in a direction that
would have made them in-effective.
4. The guests setting up their own tents was a direct offer from your
husband in order to keep the children occupied, since we arrived late on the
island.
5. In respect to the food served, we agree it was not up to our usual
standards, as mentioned on the boat, our chef was on vacation. We were
forced to hire a freelance chef for this charter who did not meet our high
standards.
In light of the above before you departed the boat we offered you a credit note. We look forward to serving you again in the very near future.

Adel Khatib

we took the Advance diving course with Arabian Diver in August. We were staying in the Hilton and they are located right on the beach of the resort. that was a real bonus. especially when you finish diving, we could just go right to the room to clean up.
the reservation was made through the net. Arabian Diver handled it very well. we were told to be at the dive center by 9am. we got there and our instructor was all ready to go. the level of education was excellent and fun at the same time. we felt very comfortable. she treated us like family. Meg was always available to answer any question.
the dives were great. there was so much to see in marine life. we saw a shipwreck, lots of Christmas corals, guitar fish, nudi-branches and so much more.
we even did a night dive which was loads of fun. During the deep dive we felt very safe. Meg was with us the whole time.
Overall we were very satisfied and very comfortable. we will definelty recommend Arabian Diver to our friends. we will definelty be back fun diving with them.

We booked a Groupon voucher with a stay at the Hilton Fujairah resort and watersports through Arabian Diver. the reservation was handled very professionally. they were extremely efficient. answered all our questions in a timely manner.
when we got to the watersports we were greeted by a very polite lady. they already had our time and activity all ready which was great because we had a child with us. they gave us a safety briefing and away we went. we enjoyed the banana boat. it was a lot of fun.
I would definitely come back to try Arabian Diver for scuba diving. they seem very professional and knowledgeable. thank you for a wonderful time.

Everything about this yacht cruise was excellent from the service to the yacht itself, to the comfort of the love beds in the stern. Absolutely great day out when you visit Dubai. I have zero complaints or criticisms - thank you for an excellent stay!
Captain Riyaz was brilliant. very helpful with the kids. Loved to teach the children about the boat. Even let them steer. Albert was great with taking care of every need. The buffet lunch was really great. Healthy, light, clean. we were impressed.
Great Value for Money. can't wait to return

I went and did my PADI open water course through Arabian Diver in Fujeriah, located in the Hilton Hotel.
The hut we worked out of was small but cosy and the two staff that were with me for the three days were fantastic. Maggy and David were very professional at al times and helped out in every way possible. There was absolutely no way they would cut corners when facilitating the course and made sure myself and my friend, knew everything there was to know.
I left after three days with my licence and feeling very confident to dive again. They were fantastic and I could not really complain about it at all!
Arabian Diver is not the most well known company in the UAE for diving, however I felt it was fantastic, have a small group meant you received a lot of attention and direction, which is fab when learning.

We booked onboard their yacht Lejaine to go to Moon Island. i have to say the 2 days were fantastic.
the service was great. very attentive. big shout out to Albert. he was great.
the trip is a little long. but if you like to relax away from a busy week in Dubai, this is a great wait to relax. just sitting there on their love beds doing some light fishing.
the island itself has nothing on it but sand. its like being on a clean beach. the staff set up the tents and camping equipment for you - which was great convenience.
the food was really impressive. not only the taste but the presentation.
we will definitely come back.
