Possibly we arrived in wrong time to this place, however we felt that we'd have better gone somewhere else... The very small pool with mud was over-crowded. Even if you manage to get some mud rubbed over your body there was no comfortable space to dry it up... you would have to stay with crowd of strangers... We've been to... More

Visited here as part of an evening river cruise and boat barbecue for our family group of 6.We arrived late evening after watching the sunset over the lake. We had the place to ourselves and really enjoyed squelching and sliding around in the warm mud. Posed for silly photos while the mud dried. We did not jump into the lake... More

Had a few reservations about going in the Mud bath, but we all had such fun, then a jump in the lake afterwards was very refreshing. The Sulphur hot spring was heavenly, we had the place virtually to ourselves as May is still quite early in the season, this made it somewhat special.

It was my idea to get my very macho son and husband to wallow in mud so that i could have a good laugh at their expense, and i thought a little rejuvenating treat for myself. Well how was i to know that they had a whale of a time slapping smelly mud over each other and wallowing around like... More

A good fun day out and well worth the 4 TL entrance fee if it's not included in your boat fee. Get covered in mud, let it dry then wash it of either by jumping in the lake or under the shower. Then take a long soak in the hot sulphur (smelly) baths.

Always enjoy the mud baths, find it a great experience, as well as the thermal baths, which is great for lots of ailments, so worth the visit.

This Turkish mud bath is the better of the two. If you time your visit right, ie, around lunchtime or late afternoon, you would practically have it to yourself. It is especially nice jumping into the lovely warm lake afterwards. For 4tl you can spend as long as you want there.Fantastic.
