This church is best seen from the walls of the city as it lies just outside. It is quite plane from the outside but this works well when viewing it framed around the red tiled roof's. Inside you will pleasantly be surprised to find an amazing façade of the main altar, richly decorated and painted with biblical scenes.

A very spiritual place and maybe we were lucky but it was only church that didn't want to charge us. Maybe the organ music and that mass was about to start was the reason. Very pretty inside and we left after mass more then usually uplifted

We did not enter this beautiful church but instead had the pleasure of admiring the architecture of it's impressive bell tower from a distance.

We walked to the Santiago church on Sunday morning and heard the organ from far away...it seemed we arrived in between the mass services of 11:00 and 13:00 and the organ player was practising. It makes a visit so much more special. Exterior is very sober, but interior is really worth the visit.
