The tower is impressing to look at from the street but if you want to go up that's many stairs to climb... The area around the tower is great as a place to start the old city tour.

Excellent external appearance and the view from the top, one you pay for the other you don't. A little expensive by Romanian standards at 14 lei per person entry, and a ridiculous 30 extra to use a camera anywhere in the small museum. The museum amounts to a small room on each floor as you walk up the clocktower with... More

The museum part is kind of wanting. It's really more of just a collection of old stuff. But it's good if you get the context from visiting some of the other sights in Sighisoara, like learning about the various guilds' towers. The view from the top is great, and the building is of course beautiful. Check it out.

on the balcony of the tower you can see some metal plates indicating the distance to different cities around europe also the view of the city its nice , the wind can be a bit harsh the sad part is the high level of degradation of the entire town and the ticket a bit pricey for the lack of restoration

The Clock Tower houses The History Museum of Sighisoara and if you climb the stairs to the top you get a wonderful view of the city. You can also see the inner workings of the clock. In my opinion it's a must see attraction if you visit Sighisoara.

The Clock Tower is everything of the town from the museum to the scenic view point. The different level of the tower offer various historic information of the town in relationship to Vlad the Impaler, namely Dracula. The tower is a must-visit attraction however it require much concentration on its less than interesting presentation. The view on the top of... More

The Citadel on the hill in Sighisoara is fantastic, and the clock tower is the best part. It's not just a tower, it's a small museum with neat stuff to see on each level as you climb. And the views once you make it to the top are the best in Sighisoara. Lots of fun!
