Quick way to learn about Sa Pa
Very helpful. Liked the display which made me understand Sa Pa better. Considered it part of the Sa Pa Museum. Very kind and helpful staff. The museum should put a sign suggesting that interpretation signs are in the tourist center.

Important source of information on Sapa
At Sapa Touristic Information Center Mr Tran Thanh Tuan provided us with valuable indications about the tour options available and venues for dinner and coffee in Sapa. Here we bought also the bus tickets for Hanoi. One amazing service that really made a difference was a wake-up call and message from Mr Tuan in the early morning upon our arrival in Hanoi reminding us that it was time to get off the night bus.

You must visit this place first when you get to Sapa!!
.I visited the Sapa Tourist Information Center to find out about buses to Hanoi because I had a negative experience with a tour company called G8 Open Bus They charged my credit card 1,894,000 VND (about $75) for a ticket that was supposed to cost 1,650,000 VND (about $66). I am glad I decided to go to Sapa Tourist Information Center, Gabriel helped me book a bus back to Hanoi for only 1,170,000 VND (about $46). There was a mishaps at the night that I was supposed to be picked up from my hotel to go to the bus station, but Gabriel sorted everything out, so that I didn't miss my bus to Hanoi. Gabriel was very helpful, so I recommend reaching out to him if you visit Sapa in the future.

When I arrived in Sa Pa I didn't know where to find the best 3 days 2 nights trek I wanted to do, so when I saw the information office I went directly to them and asked and they immediately offered me exactly what I wanted. The next day I arrived at the office at the agreed time (9:00 am) and the local guide was waiting for me. At the information office they stored the luggage that I would not bring. The trekking was phenomenal, the guide was extraordinary, the home stays where I spent the nights were very clean and comfortable, delicious food and good showers. When I returned from trekking I asked at the information office where I could take a bath and rest before my bus left and they immediately processed my request without any additional cost. I recommend this experience. If you do not have 3 days for trekking, you can take the 2 days 1 night option and it will be enough. I recommend spending at least 1 night outside of Sa Pa in the homestays they take you to on the trek, to have the opportunity to share dinner with a local family.

We made the 1 day fansipan tour. It was really nice and a great experience. 6 h of walking, very exhausting but definitely worse it. The tour guide was very nice and we had a really good time.
The price was 60$ and we had to buy the ticket for the cable car to get down, cause it’s to hard to do both ways. The cable car ticket costs 30$, so it was a really expensive tour.
The tourist information Center is really good, they give you all the information you need and very friendly. They give you their WhatsApp number and answer all you questions and are available all the time.

The tourist information center is really helpful
Peoples are amazing and have good advices about the things to do and to see like trekk. Thanks Uyen and Tuang for your informations.
I recommend this place !
I did the one day tour with Susu (really good local guide) and it was amazing. I saw the rice fields, learned about bamboo, how making indigo and traditional clothes of ethnic minorities and incense. I met good peoples on this tour and we really enjoyed it. We can take photos and have a lunch time. I have just one advice : Take a bottle of water with you. We visited Lao Chai, Ta Van and Muong Hoa. We started at 9 and come back in the afternoon.
It was beautiful tour !

I RECOMMEND!😁
I took a tour offered by the tourist information center and it was really GREAT!
The welcome at the tourist information center was very warm.
The tour perfectly met my expectations. Breathtaking landscapes, hiking off the beaten track, in the heart of the rice fields.
If you are looking for a hike accessible to EVERYONE with incredible landscapes and atmosphere GO!!!!!!!!👍🤩🤩

We asked for spesifics of the trip and was told 30$ for group and 64$ for private. Quite a leap, we continued to Ask if the homestay was private as this was the selling point for us to take the private tour. He lied to us and said it was. We shared with 10 other people. Upon return we asked for a compensation cause we didnt get what we paid for. No help but a very small refund.

That being said, the tourguide was lovely

We stepped in and asked for some basic information, but they told me to buy a map with $15. There were a guy and a lady who are not friendly at all. They speak English in a strange way. I later realized that they wanted to offer a private day tour @ $120/person.
