We booked a 4 days treking tour from Sapa with this agency (4 adults and 6 children). Unfortunately, we can not make a good review because the price- performance ratio was very bad. We have been living in Vietnam for 2 years now and travelled a lot inside Vietnam so we can evaluate a good/bad service. We accepted to pay an important amount of money for this trip hoping that we could have a better service but things didn t go that way... We also had, before the trip, a very clear vision regarding the living conditions in different villages. So we didn t expect to have luxury or modern facilities. Our disapointment is not caused by a lack of information or realism previous to the trip. It is caused by the lack of responsiveness and organization of this agency. They didn t do their job to check the places we slept over and prepare them before our arrival. In one homestay, we had worms falling on us from the mosquito screen, the bed smelled very bad ( urine)... this could have been avoided if they have done their job by asking the owners of the place to clean before our arrival. The places we ate during the day were very commun, no view, no charm and especially very bad quality. In one of the restaurants, we put our bag in a dog or cat pooh... in another restaurant we didn even eat one of the dishes, because it looked very unhealthy. We payed a lot of money, so they had, in theory, the budget to pay a bit more for a more decent place but they prefered to keep that money for themselves. Or, if there are not such places, then they should ask less money for their treking. We find them very unprofessional. They got us once, it won t happen a second time...

What an intensive hike it was. Was well worth it. I had to soldier on with a rolled ankle but my guide Son was patient and helpful. Big thanks to Mr Chuong for organising the trek. For anyone wanting to do this. Bring extta things in terms of first aid and warm clothing

We greatly enojyed tour with our sweet and fun guide Dinh Gianh. We took whole day trip with stop for lunch. All together we walked about 19 km. Roads were steep and little muddy, but it added spice to our excursion. Views were splendid. We saw everyday life of villagers, their craftwork and relationships. Our guide was super informative about customs and lifestyle of locals. At the end of the trip, in Ta Phin village, we took traditional Red Zao hot and relaxing herbal bath. We lucked out with the weather too. Such a trip is surely experience to remember. Our family strongly recommends it.

We have done the non-turistic trek (R9) of 3 days. It was an amazing and sporty adventure led by an enthusiastic guide from black (H)mong tribe (Dinh) always happy to share her culture. Will recommend it if you are looking for a deeper experience into Sapa Vietnamese valleys and local life.

Beautiful hike up the Fansipan. We were in moderate shape and we hadn't made it if our guide Minh wasnt there for us. He led the way, told us about the environment and arranged our lunch. He was friendly, responsible and professional. Chuong, the manager, is a really cool and savvy guy with a ton of experience in trekking the Sapa area. So, if you're feeling adventurous and want to avoid the touristy areas, go up Fansipan with Nomadtrails!
