Like many other reviewers we thoroughly enjoyed our trekking Sapa tour Before we went Ms Tho answered all our questions We booked a 2 berth sleeper from Hanoi and we were glad as there wouldn't have been much room for 4! We were met by our guide Gnoc at Lao CIA and taken by car up the windy road to... More

My family have a great time in Sapa & Halong Bay. it was a great bonding to us too. "Treakking Sapa" organized it very well & our agent called us each area that we reached & make sure everything is in good order or if we have any request. The weather in Nov was expected to be cold but with... More

When you go to Vietnam, you have to visit Sapa. It is really beautiful over there and so quiet, which is highly appreciated after Hanoi. When it is rainy the path will be more difficult to walk, but still doable! Only annoying thing is that people will constantly selling stuff when you are eating or sitting at your homestay. But... She made us feel at home even though we were about 3000 miles from home lol! My's knowledge of the area and minority... More

Thank goodness a friend mentioned Sapa and I researched it. Sapa is located high in the mountains of Vietnam towards the Chinese border. It is a quaint town about a 4 hour drive from Hanoi. We took a private luxury transfer which was fabulous. Unfortunately the weather wasnt fabulous while we were there as the rain was fine and misty... More

Mumma Chu is from the village of Hau Thao. It's about a 14km trek up and down hills through villages to her home from SAPA church where you meet her. She has sisters and other family members that take other people too and you meet along the way for lunch. You end up at mumma Chus house where you can... More
