We spent one day trekking through the hills in a rushed trip to Sapa. We met our guide Si as we got off the bus and then started our journey. Sapa is an amazing place and thanks to our guide Si we got to enjoy a lot in a small amount of time. Definitely recommend finding her if you are... More

The views and the experience was amazing. Everywhere you looked was beautiful tiered rice paddies. We had local people help us through the trails and would slipped and fallen in the mud after the rain the night before if it wasn't for them. They were lifesavers. However, beware the ladies that help you will expect you to purchase from them... More

Sapa was the highlight of our trip to Vietnam. We were met by out tour guide Thong early on the first morning. He stayed with us for 2 days leading us through the rice paddies, up hills, along rivers, through villages and made us laugh with this tales and stories. He let us know about how rice grows in the... It is lovely to walk around the rice fields and talking to the locals. It is quite a touristic place but is still worth visiting.

This is a place I would definitely return to Vietnam for! The two days we trekked were breathtaking. Expect to be inundated with people trying to sell you things even in the remote areas of the trek. It is hard to resist the children with their sad faces asking you to buy another 'different' friendship wrist band. A lot of... More

Trekking in Sapa and sleeping in home stay Tip #1 : Pre-pack a bag for only your necessities that you need for your journey. We left our suitcases with the driver who took us to LaoCai. We were taken in the mountains. It was very beautiful with rice fields, bamboo forests, lots of houses by the local farmers with lots... More

We have just returned from a 2 day 'hard trekking' trip to Sapa and it was an incredible experience. The trek that we chose went into the North of sapa as opposed to the more touristy southern route, and we were very lucky to be the only ones on the tour so we had our own guide just for the... Our trip in Sapa was fantastic. Our tour advisor, Ms. Xuan was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous to help us plan the trip. The first day in Sapa was awesome, we got lost in its stunning colors. We started to trek to visit a small village. The terraces here were amazing. It was a truly majestic landscapes, just perfect for... More

We just finished our trek with trekking Sapa. The trip was super organized thanks to Mr. Hong and our guide Phan (a Black Hmong local guide). Phan was super knowlwdgeable and her English was near perfect which was a pleasant surprise! We had great weather with some sun, fog, mist and rain which is exactly what you should expect in...
