If you’re looking for adventure in Ubud, white water rafting should be high on your agenda, and unless you have your own wheels, a package makes economic sense. This cost-effective tour includes all safety equipment, white water rafting with a guide, lunch, and a choice of a morning or noon departure. You can also upgrade for shared transportation or a time-saving private transfer.

Expect to pay a circa $60 AUD per person entry... you will then need to be prepared to pay extra for most things, socks for Bounce and Bowling $6aud each, towels $5 AUD, lockers ??oh and tennis is extra at $30 AUD per court per hr. Don’t buy the pass with Tennis included as you need to book a court and it’s highly likely you will pay for a pass and won’t get access to a court. You may start to wonder what your entry pass actually covers. The drinks were the dearest in Bali - after paying for the privilege to enter you would think the food and drinks would be reasonable. Then when your drinks are delivered you are hit with the additional service fees and charges. Not the staffs fault but clearly mgt priority is about stinging you for cash at every turn

Dear Ace, Thank you for taking the time to review us. The price of Super Fun Pass is IDR 600,000 (approx. AUD 60) per adult. The price of Finns Bali Day Pass is IDR 550,000 (approx. AUD 55) per adult. Those passes are mainly for guests who are in Bali for a holiday and wish to get a special deal package to discover what Finns has to offer. If you want to get a full experience and benefits of Finns, the best option is to go for a membership for the week. The first product does include 1-Hour at Strike and 1-Hour at Bounce Trampoline. As per our terms and conditions, socks are mandatory for sanitary and hygienic matters. It is mentioned in all our websites, and T&C's within our venue. We do not have any product which encompasses Tennis with Bounce and Strike. You would have to choose either option. Then extra service will be indeed charged. As any inclusion, it is subject to availability; the best is to come early to ensure your spot. All our prices are subject to 10% government tax and 7% service charge as any other venue in Bali, and it is also clearly stated in all our menus. We hope this clarifies the situation. Regards, Finns Bali Management

Expensive, good if you like to post on Instagram, that is the only real value. For me, not good, very bad.

Expensive, music too loud for families with small kids, food mediocre. Best for younger loud partiers.

We had an absolute night mare here. For starters there was no lockers available and when we asked about the safety of our personal belongings we got fobbed off by the staff, basically saying it was not their problem. Myself and my friend went on the slides and left our towels on the daybeds for when we got back. There is meant to be security and waiters/waitresses patrolling the area of the daybeds, however when my friend and I arrived back to our day beds I found a slice of pizza on my towel and the sauce all smudged into it. I reported this to the staff and asked for a towel off them to which they replied “you’ll have to hire”, I said absolutely not it’s the least that could be done as they did not satisfy their roles. The towel was given in the end. I was not impressed with the attitude of the staff and the manner in which the incident was dealt with. I will not be recommending to anyone!

Dear Connor, We're sorry for the situation you experienced and we can appreciate it would be frustrating. With so many patrons visiting Finns, it is impossible for security and our staff to be responsible for personal belongings. The lockers inside the female bathrooms were unfortunately under maintenance on the day of your visit, and you were instead offered to use the male lockers or alternative female lockers located downstairs in our fitness centre, which I believe you declined. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and are happy to say we now have brand new lockers located inside the Splash towel reception area. The Splash ticket includes entry & a Single Bed (subject to availability) only. Any extras such as towels can be hired for a small fee. The towel that got dirty was one brought from your hotel - if it was one of ours we would have happily swapped it over but nonetheless, our staff did provide a replacement towel complimentary. Thank you for your review, we will be using this to improve guest experiences moving forward. Warm regards, Finns Bali
