Expect to pay a circa $60 AUD per person entry... you will then need to be prepared to pay extra for most things, socks for Bounce and Bowling $6aud each, towels $5 AUD, lockers ??oh and tennis is extra at $30 AUD per court per hr. Don’t buy the pass with Tennis included as you need to book a court and it’s highly likely you will pay for a pass and won’t get access to a court. You may start to wonder what your entry pass actually covers.
The drinks were the dearest in Bali - after paying for the privilege to enter you would think the food and drinks would be reasonable. Then when your drinks are delivered you are hit with the additional service fees and charges.
Not the staffs fault but clearly mgt priority is about stinging you for cash at every turn

Dear Ace, Thank you for taking the time to review us. The price of Super Fun Pass is IDR 600,000 (approx. AUD 60) per adult. The price of Finns Bali Day Pass is IDR 550,000 (approx. AUD 55) per adult. Those passes are mainly for guests who are in Bali for a holiday and wish to get a special deal package to discover what Finns has to offer. If you want to get a full experience and benefits of Finns, the best option is to go for a membership for the week. The first product does include 1-Hour at Strike and 1-Hour at Bounce Trampoline. As per our terms and conditions, socks are mandatory for sanitary and hygienic matters. It is mentioned in all our websites, and T&C's within our venue. We do not have any product which encompasses Tennis with Bounce and Strike. You would have to choose either option. Then extra service will be indeed charged. As any inclusion, it is subject to availability; the best is to come early to ensure your spot. All our prices are subject to 10% government tax and 7% service charge as any other venue in Bali, and it is also clearly stated in all our menus. We hope this clarifies the situation. Regards, Finns Bali Management

Why do they charge 89000 RP for a large bottle of water? This is ridiculous.

We wanted to check the place out first before we purchased our tickets and thought I would purchase online whilst we were there because it was a 50% discount, however, the person at the front counter told me that the online tickets needed to purchased a day before you used them. Ended up having to pay full price which was $240 AU for two adults and kids.
Kids had fun though.

Dear Andy, Thanks for joining in the Australia Day celebrations at Splash Waterpark. Currently, our operations team require all online bookings to be confirmed the day prior. The walk-in prices for Splash Waterpark entry tickets are IDR 400,000 for adults and IDR 270,000 for children. All entry tickets come with 1 x Single Bed free of charge (subject to availability), though upgrades to the new 6 person Deluxe Beds are available for a minimum spend of IDR 1,000,000. This minimum spend is 100% redeemable for food, beverage & spa services. We're glad to hear your kids had a great time at the Waterpark. We proud to be Bali's family-friendly Waterpark option. Cheers, Splash Waterpark Team

We’ve been here on past holidays & unfortunately it seems to have gone downhill somewhat.
Overpriced entry for the day pass for the water park, food and drinks. You can head to waterbom & get a family day pass for around the same price for a completely incomparable experience.
On the water fun side this place is really only good for very young kids, not great for tweens or teens.
Food is very under par by Baki standards
Service was dreadful, not so friendly & incredibly slow
Prices for food & drink are not great at all
Toilets were really off putting, dirty & unkept which was really a very basic fail
Whole place could do with some tlc…Sad to see that the Finn’s takeover has led to this being very substandard day out, unlikely to return

Finns cashless tab system is a total scam. They make it incredibly easy to load money onto the cashless tab system for drinks and then make it impossible to get the armband tab deposit and refund back after the event. 100% intentional to have 40 cash processing staff. Then 3 refunding staff after event with a 60 person que for 45 mins.

They know very will most people won't refund and will just leave deposit. 1000 people event all with money on tabs that will never be refunded
Do the maths.

Shameful scam

Dear gawainb2019, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. The cashless system is designed to improve the event experience and it also speeds up transactions, reducing wait times at bars and food stalls. Regarding the refund process, we do apologize for any inconvenience caused due to the long queues, as we always strive to provide efficient and prompt service. However, this is also why we allow refunds to happen the next day of the event, to provide additional convenience for our customers. This information is indicated in every ticket purchased and in our Terms & Conditions: "Refunds for unused top-up credit are available until close of business on Sunday, 19th March." Once again, we appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future. Kind Regards, Finns Bali management

Went here in January 2020. Bought tickets and paid $84USD for 2 adults and 2 children. Which I thought was pretty steep. On the entrance to the second reception area we were told that to get a day chair you had to put a 200000rph tab on your credit card for each chair you wanted to pay for food. I told the person that the entrance fee on stated that 1 chair per person was included in the price. She said that a tab was also needed and a credit card. This soured our visit although is us easy to use your tab as you are not allowed food or drink if any kind and the food is expensi e. Also once inside we were told the monster drop slide was not working. The kids did have a good time though and the staff inside the complex are friendly. However the should mention the extra costs involved. Next time will go Water on.

Dear Trace & Jimmy, Thank you for leaving a review. We appreciate all feedback as it allows us to improve. When pre-booked online, Splash Waterpark tickets are just Rp 200,000 ($20 AUD) for children and Rp 350,000 ($35 AUD) for adults. Infants and adults over 60 years are free of charge. Indeed single day beds are included with the Splash ticket (subject to availability) however as our beds are serviced we kindly ask our guests to open a tab which can be done by leaving a credit card and ID or a cash deposit. In this case the Rp 200,000 ($20 AUD) deposit would be returned to you if not spent. However, if you reserve a single bed online, or upgrade to one of our deluxe beds or cabanas then the beds do come with a minimum spend. We apologise if this was not clearly explained to you and for any confusion. We offer a different experience to Waterbom, our attractions have no queues and are kid-friendly (plus a few daring slides for the older kids!). What's more, guests can conveniently order food to their day beds to enjoy fast service or visit our other attractions Bounce Trampoline Centre and Strike Bowling next door. We do hope you reconsider to return to Splash for a more positive experience. Warm regards, Finns Bali Management

We went with our friends and our kids to Bounce, in the meantime the guys under us played pool upstairs.
While our kids enjoyed the Bounce and the pool tables are good, the food menu is a disgrace.
Prices are TOTALLY ridiculous and even worse, the quality is extremely poor.
Just 1 example is the Lumpias, a take on the local Indonesian Lumpias. But really, the Lumpias you buy on the street "mama style" at 5,000 IDR are so much better, they were close to awfull.
Knowing that they have a "Bule" in charge of the kitchen operation, what a joke.
We might come back for some Bounce, but never will we spend a $ again on Food, neither in Finn's Beach Club which is the same management.
Instead of investing so much on advertising all over the place, suggest you invest on getting a proper and consistent food menu and at an acceptable price.
What a tourist trap!

Dear Didi, Thank you for your review and for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy the vegetarian spring roll. While we do appreciate all feedback, many of our customers would disagree as it is one of our best sellers. Here at Finns Recreation Club we have a large state of the art kitchen that services many of our outlets. We are proud to have some of Bali's most experienced chefs and while we have strict measures in place to ensure food is always served at a high standard, including using only the best ingredients and oils, we are sorry that it was not the case this time. With this in mind, understandably the price will be different from local street vendors. Three of our restaurants at Finns were recently awarded amongst the top ten best restaurants in Bali and our kitchen at Finns Recreation Club was awarded Best International Restaurant by Now Bali in 2019. So that better understand the situation and improve, it would be greatly appreciated if you provide us with more information regarding your experience at res@finnsrecclub.com. We hope to see you again for a more positive experience. Warm regards, Finns Bali Management

My kid’s grandparents came over from Australia to watch a swim lesson. Finn’s wanted to charge them $80 to watch because it’s inside the splash park and you can only have 1 parent per child watching for some reason. Mine you they are 70+ so definitely not going down a waterslide. We spend thousands of dollars each term here with kids doing sports 4 times a week.
Well now they will be loosing that money as I don’t see how charging a grandparent $80 to watch a child do a swim lesson is at all ok. So disappointing

We were fortunate as our Villa, Saba Villas, has VIP membership with Finns Recreation Club.
We used the Gym on 5 days and were happy with the variety of equipment.
A day pass for IDR 300k is expensive unless you are a gym junkie.
I didn’t check the price for a VIP 7 day pass.
There is a 25 metre lap pool and Splash Water Park on site as well as Bounce and ten pin bowling on the other side of the road.

Our family was staying nearby and we came here to play ten pin bowling. Staff at the bowling alley were friendly and helpful. The bowling was fun but it was humid inside as there did not seem to be any aircon. Also security did not allow us to take our water bottles inside the building.
