The masseuse used enough strength and was gentle at the same time. The nail tech, Yulia was patient and friendly. She was really helpful with information and did a great job on my daughter and me. We had different nail technicians and they were just as nice. Endah, the receptionist was also really friendly and welcoming. They even decorated for us!! We all had the Balinese massage which was incredible - so relaxing! We were recommended the restaurant Balistan for food and it was delicious. I first want to preface this review with a couple of statements:
1. I understand vacationers all over Bali are maskless and they're probably used to many travelers not caring
2. I also understand that if someone is sick, they might not be able to afford to be able to take a day off work and I do have sympathy for people who are in that scenario
3. This doesn’t apply to all of the other workers and this is solely on my one experience with the one masseuse one time.
My partner and I walked into this place with high hopes and also WEARING OUR MASKS. That in itself should be a telltale sign it matters to us, regardless if other travelers do not care.
But the part that horrified me was my masseuse was coughing, hacking up stuff/clearing her throat every few minutes through the entire hour of massage.
Then when I turned over, I was horrified to see her mask was around her chin, not covering her mouth or her nose.
By that point I was fuming mad. She continued to cough over my face and around me.
The massage was nearing an end and I didn't want to cause a big scene, so I held my anger in.
She gave me a face massage and knocked the elastic loop off my ear, and I quickly put it back around my ear.
Between the coughing, me wearing my mask, and making it a point to keep my mask on as secure as possible as she was coughing ALL over me, she should've had the decency to keep her mask on.
If she had kept her mask on, I would've assumed this is a service worker who couldn't afford to take a day off, but the blatant disregard for my health was appalling.
The mask was literally around her chin, so there are no excuses.
I’m still mad I paid money to get disrespected and my health endangered like that.
On top of all of that, the massage was bad and I’ve been in Bali for a month and have gotten Balinese massages all over the island. Whatever I received is not something I would pay for again.

We did a couple’s massage, the kid had the manicure and pedicure service and I did a manicure and pedi after the massage. The masseuse used enough strength and was gentle at the same time. What an amazing find. This is just 3 mins walk away from my villa. It is valued for its head + shoulder massage (45mins) at IDR 200+ after service charge.
Yulia maybe tiny but def got her strength and points right. Def will be back if I’m in Bali again.

Mind the staff, they are ready to overcharge/cheat on the prices.
I chose this spa because it's very close to my home. I initially agreed to a price of 400K for a wax service and had the first session. When I returned for another session, I didn't think I needed to confirm the price again. However, they ended up charging me double for the same service. It seems the prices are decided by the staff without consistency.
The manager was too busy getting her hair done to think about customer satisfaction.
If they reserve this treatment for local clients who are likely to return, imagine how they squeeze tourists. Thumb down!

Dear Mr. Andrea,
We are so suprise you write a such a defamatory and untrue review, we have full price list brochures just put in our reception so openly, which has mentioned all our price so clearly, I wonder when did you do full stomach, chest and full back waxing with us at RP400k before???? In fact, we never have this price RP400k for a full chest, stomach and full back waxing even though on our first opening year, which is 7 years ago!
When you being so rude in our reception, we even didn't charge you the price for stomach, too.
I hope that you can be a mankind who know how to respect people when you in Bali.

Called in and was treated immediately by the lovely staff and given some cucumber water as I looked through the brochure. I treated myself and got a hair cut, mani and pedi. The attention to detail with the mani/pedi was excellent and they did everything at the same time so that I wouldn’t be waiting around all day. Excellent service and would recommend.

Visited this place the 2nd time, the first being in 2018, had a good experience then so we came back again. Went for the 90min balinese massage, the masseuse was very good and professional often check on me if the aircon was too cold and if the pressure was good or too hard. My wife did the pedicure, and she loved it too. Prices are very reasonable compared to other spa places in canggu. They are also very responsive on whatsapp while i was making a last minute booking.

Enjoy a 60min Balinese massage, hair spa, mani and pedi. The massage was very nice, perfect pressure all over, Could have used some nice background music as it was very quiet. The hair spa was relaxing and after a blow dry it feels so soft. The mani, pedi was the best I've had in a long time and definetly best I've had in Bali. The ladies paid great attention to detail and I am very happy I spent my 2nd last day feeling welcomed and relaxed.

We loved and enjoyed our pampering time at J-Jireh Spa and salon here in Canggu. The salon has moved and renovated into this beautiful space featuring an amazing pool and divine decorations. A big shout out to Kenny who were so professional, friendly and experienced in turning both our haircuts amazingly well- thank you for that. We highly recommend this salon and will definitely return in the future!

I had one of the best massages I have ever had here. The staff were delightful, wore masks and it’s clean. I think it is amazing value for money. I went for the special they currently advertise. If you don’t need a super trendy setting and want a quality and reasonable massage, Head there now.
