Jinwan Square . . . The place in the City where many people seemingly stay up into the wee hours of the night. Great place to relax, have a few drinks, socialize, and for people-watching.

Spacious, beautiful square around a modern train station. Nice view on the skyscrapers. The surrounding area is also quite pleasant

The Square is not fully developed yet but will be a great place to see people go about their daily life and to relax. The city doesn't have a great pace but this is a nicer part of town in a good location, with lots of small retailers and good views to keep you occupied for an hour or two.

This place is very nicely done up and very good views when light up at night. There are a couple of dining places and that's all. Too many vacant shops and very quiet with not many people.

At night this place is particularly impressive. From the square you can see Tianjin, the modern meets the old colonial buildings.

visit here at the early morning that getting old bridge, old building & church etc...near along with the river that is good

The waterfront promenade, as well as the river itself, are much more interesting and beautiful than this square.

we walked the river path couple times, stopped at the square and not until we were leaving did we realise that this was top floor of train station. beautiful building and fantastic surrounding area

Must take walk along river to see this beautiful scenario.

A wander along the river and a couple of German beers? Oh, alright then. This is pleasant enough. Another of the newly built areas of Tianjin (there's not a lot else, to be honest), it has a fairly small range of restaurants but handy for the station, tube and riverside.
