A heaven for shopaholic

This is a strategic hidden gem near Beijing, only 20 minutes using the bullet train, and placed just over the bullet train railway station. At first, I saw the review said overpriced issue here. However, when visiting this place, the price was actually far cheaper than in Beijing. Even for some brands, the price is cheaper compared worldwide. Really have to go back to this place bringing my family.

A little piece of Italy in China

After moving to Wuqing, I wanted to check out this Italian outlet village. It is a very refreshing to just walk around the area and enjoy the European architecture. The shops are pretty pricey but in my opinion, it's good place to visit once you are in Wuqing. Since it is located basically next to the train station, it can also be an option to stop between Beijing and Tianjin for an hour.

A good fun afternoon

This is a great attraction, close to the train station, lots of top quality shops, The Italian coffee shop is great. Overall good fun.

Not an outlet at all
This is just another Chinese mall. It has the same high prices and the same limited assortment. Absolutely not worth the trip from the nearby cities. I don't think the people running this place has any idea what an outlet is. And that shows. Stay away!

A pleasant walk away from the chaos of Beijing city

Very similar to the McArthur Glenn Outlet Villages which you may have visited in Italy (near Venice, Milan-Genoa, Florence, Rome and Naples). Designed by Italian company (3 main architectural styles: Rome, Florence and Venice). Owned and managed by a sino-italian joint-venture.

There is an authentic Italian restaurant named "BellaVita" and most part of the retail luxury brands. Prices are obviously higher than in Europe, but it worth a visit (at least to see the Coliseum in China!), better during the sales ;-)

It is located right in front to the Wuqing train station along the Beijing-Tianjin route (trains from Beijing South station every 1 hour).

The village itself is pleasant, with its Italian building imitations and fake canals.

There are many outlets mainly for european brands and a few american ones.

But the prices are more expensive compared to what we have in Europe. We bought a pair a Geox on sales and found the same pair in Paris for the same price.

But it's still a nice place to go when in Wuqing.

Nice, relaxing way to spend a sunny late Autumn afternoon.

We were lucky enough to have missed the crowd and had a nice time there. The shops were nice and pretty adequate with beautiful landscaping and architecture. There were enough good restaurants to offer a nice variety with reasonable prices which is better than most outlets we’ve encountered in America. Overall a good place to shop and we found quite a few good deals, such as a beautiful down vest by K Lagerfeld.

Overpriced

Visited with a criend and while pleasant enough... remindex me of similar outlets villages in UK and USA ... with the exceptio that stores were expensive .. onpared to experience in West... Give a miss and isit USA where pricez are much better.

Surpassed my expectations

Ok so here is a well built, clean and comprehensive site. It is simple; all the brands are there. The site is really beautiful and we were there on a clear winter day, truly enjoying the stroll around and the mass of visitors, lining up at Prada, Versace, Levis and Mont Blanc. There are delicious restaurants as well. I recommend it!
