Thank you Trina, Mark, Chase and the entire crew. We booked three days of fishing with and through AK Fishology. This was our second experience with them and definitely will not be the last. Let Fishology create your Alaska fishing memories. Perfection! Marty Hughes

My family stayed with orca lodge 3 nights and did a guided float on the kasilof river for kings and sockeye. Mark and his crew are top notch. They were very helpful and open with fishing options that were best for our family. We had an excellent day fishing and it exceeded all our expectations. Our guide Chase was great with our kids and helped my 5yr old son land several sockeye. They also offer onsite fish processing which was very convenient. We got back from fishing around 9 pm and when we left the next morning our fish was vac packed and frozen ready to take home to the freezer. The cabins were in a great location on the river and very clean and nice with an excellent outdoor cooking area. Nothing negative at all to report we couldn't have been happier with our experience.

Drifting for Kings on the Kasilof was everything I could have expected and more. Chase, our guide, obviously knew his stuff, as he worked hard to change bait to enhance our hook up opportunities. He knows the holes on the river, and was personable. We went two days, and were in fish all day. Even though I didn't get my limit, it was my fault. I certainly hooked them, just didn't get them in! The scenery was beautiful during the float, with eagles, terns, seals, trumpeter swans and moose providing entertainment.

Jared was our fishing guide today Loved that there were only two couples on the entire boat/trip because Jared was able to take the time with each of us to Teach us all the art of salmon fishing. Jared was extremely interactive and hands on! None of us had ever salmon finished before! Jared, even though quite young , had more social skills and patience than most adults I know today. He is in a service industry, tourism on top of that, and I feel like it is his calling. He was very concerned that we all caught as many fish as we could and we did !!!!!! Jared made this experience one of the highlights of our entire Alaska trip !!!!!! We have another trip booked with fish Fishology tomorrow but it is a fly out trip so we are excited to see if they are able to deliver the same top notch quality experience they did today ! The experience is all in they kind of guide you get and Jared went above and beyond and absolutely delivered a wonderful experience!!!! By The way, between us we ended up with 18 beautiful salmon !

My wife and I fished with Mark for both Sockeye and Kings on the Kenai. He is a caring, patient and accommodating and will go out of his way to help you and to ensure you have a great experience. He knows where the fish are and how to fish them. But being a great guide goes beyond just the technical side and Mark does just that, he will watch over you and help you in addition to being a great person. Having fished with many guides in Alaska I would highly recommend Mark and Fishology for a great fishing experience.
