This visitor center overlooks the Kenai River and the Soldotna bridge over the river. There is a little nature walk nearby and fishing ramps on the water's edge. Interesting exhibits in the center about the area, including the largest King Salmon ever caught.
The visitor center has plenty to offer relative to suggestions of hikes and other activities in the area. The space is outfitted for people of all ages and can be very helpful in making the most of your limited travel time.
