We went out on a side by side and the seats were cushioned and soft and the suspension was so good that I had very little pain and tightness afterwards, even after doing the full day tour. The customer service was excellent and our guide was experienced, knowledgeable and made the whole day fun, despite the rain!

We had such an amazing time. Hailey was such a great guide. It’s very evident this is a family run business, they not only made our family feel right at home, but also were engaged with our son and answering all his questions about Alaska. What an awesome time and great way to kick start our family vacation! Thank you!

One of the best things to do on a trip to Alaska. We did the all day ATV trip to the Knik glacier and it was fantastic. Brady was a great guide. Fun, informative and very engaging with the whole group. The scenery is great and the ride is so much fun. Will definitely come back and do this again. An absolute excellent experience from this company. Looking forward to trying other offerings they have on return vacations.

Day trip to Knik Glacier with ten family members ages 23 to 75 and we all had a Fantastic time! Rode ATV 4 Wheelers / Razors. Our tour guide, Ian was wonderful and we can’t Thank him enough for the great time pointing out things we would have probably missed wolf, bear, moose tracks (seeing Moose) and the Exceptional videos! The more hardy of our group took the polar plunge. The owners and staff are outstanding. All equipment provided was excellent. Thank you Alaska Backcountry Adventure Tours for Great Great memories of our 2022 Alaska vacation! Highly Recommend

Wonderful day on the Knik river in their can am side by side! Guide Doug was great! Started out being fitted with rain wear and boots helmet and goggles and gloves. Then a short explanation and off we went. Across and through rivers and along the shore and woods with mountains all around and even a few sand dunes to ride up and around. View constantly changing. Absolutely gorgeous mountain vistas and then the glacier at the end. Wow. Anyone who wanted to could take a quick polar plunge in the glacial waters. Hot lunch of aluminum packets with reindeer sausage and potatoes and green beans. Well seasoned and yummy. Plenty of water and snacks along the way. A full day of adventure and fun! Just book it. Don’t hesitate.
