We were pleasantly surprised with this place. The center is chock full of history. Outside in the gardens was amazing. We do a lot of garden tours and we were thrilled to see the caliber of plantings throughout the space. Wow!

Stopped by the visitors center for information about the area. There was a small historical museum here. Didn't take long go through the museum, however, there was a 90 minute film of the history of Palmer if one wants to take the time to watch.

Amazing gardens with friendly and informative docents. Displays and film history were well done and very interesting. Just “happened in” after seeking out the Friday Farmer’s market. What a gem! Well worth visiting, especially if you are a flower lover!

The cosmetology industry is great! It's not my field but I know many places are hard to get into because everyone is so busy. I don't think you'd have to worry about finding work.
