If you want to say you went to the North Pole and need to buy something to prove it, then this is the place to go. Live reindeer next door to see , would be fun for young children. I do not think any ride you have to pay for to get here is worth the $$$.. The store is... More

If you want a t-shirt or mug or dish towel with "North Pole" printed on the item, this is the place to go. There is also a "reindeer farm" next door, so you can also see who pulls Santa's sleigh! Friendly staff and there is a small "snack bar" inside Santa's house! Great place to have some pictures taken and... More

My mom told me about this place, and I went to appease her. But I'm so glad I did. So much fun and I didn't even have kids with me. Santa was there and even let adults take pictures with him for free. What a great Santa! The store was had so many fun Christmas gifts, houses, ornaments and souvenirs.... More

Santa will sign anything that you would like while there. There are lots of books and he will sign them and take a picture of him handing you the book so you can prove you saw Santa in the North Pole! The reindeer were great and you cold pay extra to go and pet them. The gift shop is huge... More

Dropped by here to take a look. Many gifts and souvenirs such as postcards but didn't buy any. It was crowded though because tour buses come here. Santa was there but I didn't take pictures with him; wasn't sure if there is a fee. It's great for the kids because they will love love it, or if you want to... More

My niece had ordered by phone from out of state an item that she saw while visiting and asked us to save her mailing charges by picking it up. There was no problem obtaining the item in a timely manner.

This is a great spot to stop for an afternoon/morning on your way to Fairbanks. The whole town is covered in candy canes and cool road names. Went to santas house because well it's santas house and who wouldn't want to go?! Must have been in there an hour looking at things, they have a great selection. Looked at letters... More

It's just another tourist spot. The animals look sad but the coffee was good. It was a good place to go around and hand out gosple tracks and talk with people about Jesus Christ. The tourist are always looking for hand outs so I hand them an Alaska flag card and on the back is the gosple! I always talk... More

I was just simply overwhelmed with "stuff". I was on a bus tour. Curious to see what the greatness of this stop could be. The thought of going to the Santa Claus House could be a wonderful experience. Again, just overwhelmed with "stuff".

Not happy that Santa was not there on 9/11 when we visited😆. He had left for a break until November the day before we arrived. We came all the way from South Dakota to visit him and he left us feeling sad.😩
