Not sure of sanitation here, things aren’t right. With the world in the grips of a pandemic, one would think sanitation was at the top of the list. I’m assuming that is not glaze on my pastry

Service was friendly (and above average for our Alaska experience). The food was good - get the ribs! And if you don't need Alaskan salmon or Halibut for the millionth time you can get gator here or an Impossible Burger :-)

This joint has been jammin' for years - locally owned. We weren't there on a music night, so I can't speak to the quality or type of music. We did enjoy the story slam - first night back from pandemic hiatus. Host was excellent and they welcomed first time out of towners to join them.

Amazing bartender and live music!
Sep 2019
Came in for a Bloody Mary and was treated to the best Bloody Mary I have ever had. The house pianist Kim was playing , which was so nice to listen to some live music and have some cocktails. Best bar in town

Band was great! Female Bartender rude, impatient and disrespectful!!
Sep 2019
We came to enjoy a drink (11 of us) off of the Celebrity cruise ship. We were looking for a place that provided Wi-Fi. We had two German tourists with us that didn't understand the language or know of the beer types. She became very impatient with them and the rest of us and treated us poorly!! Then when my German uncle went to the bathroom she told him he couldn't use the facilities because he wasn't a patron. She did this without seeing his face and when he turned around she recognized him and said he could. He also told her in his broken English that she was not friendly and did not treat tourists well.

Delightful

So we are walking down the street and here a piano, bass, and drums doing jazz improvisations. Intrigued, we ventured in, grabbed a table, and heard some of the best music we heard our entire cruise. When I told the pianist that his piano phrasings remind me of McCoy Tyner, his face absolutely lit up. What a time we had. So, when you have your fill of touristy port activities, come on down here for a memorable experience. The employees were very attentive, and the place just has such a funky good vibe about it!

Great live band!
Jun 2019
Stopped in here while on a short stop in town, brought in by the band playing (old timey, swing). We had a few beers while enjoying the tunes. The place has a local, comfortable feel.

Live music best bar service down to earth. Not your typical cruise boat bull. Two blocks from dock. You won’t be treated like a lemming. Hopefully Rachel working

My happy place - the staff & live music create a great atmosphere
May 2019 • Couples
Feeling overwhelmed in the streets of Ketchikan as 4 cruise ships disgorged their passengers, the live music enticed us away from the mayhem and into the Creek Street Cabaret. This was around 11am on a Sunday. I dubbed it 'my happy place'. Why?

#1 - Rachel - the warm, friendly bar manager. This is someone who loves what she's doing and is welcoming and authentic. If I lived here this would become my local. Thank you Rachel for making us feel at home. We also chatted to Kim who was the Cabaret's friendly resident pianist. We enjoyed looking through the photo album and sharing stories.

#2 - The live music - staff, cruise ship musicians and bar customers had a jam session.

#3 - The selection of beers on tap

#4 - Free wifi

#5 - peanut butter pretzels :)

Tip: check their facebook page for programmed events but do pop in anyway on the offchance that there will be music happening.

Went for 1 drink and stayed for hours -Thanks Rachel

We had so much fun in the afternoon we spent at the Cabaret it is a good reason to go back to Ketchikan. We went for a bathroom break and stayed for the great drinks. the entertaining bartender (Rachel) and the wonderful music. It is a little gem hidden behind construction and a chain link fence right now but don't miss it if you are in Ketchikan. If you are a Bloody Mary the pepper infused Vodka is to die for - peppers, onions, garlic, peperoncinos and I'm sure some other secret ingredients.

Fun place, friendly staff

We were walking past in the middle of the day and heard music. It was an informal jam session between some really talented musicians off some of the big cruise ships that were in port. Fantastic! This is a really laid back place, I highly recommend it.
