I believe this was a 2 mile hike round trip. A nice path, but very busy. The falls were beautiful and you can see the Mendenhall glacier as well.

We went here on a Tuesday when the maximum number of cruise ships were in and it was busy. Still worth it though.

We visited here during a stop in Juneau from a cruiseship. We had rented a Jeep from Unplugged Adventures and this was one of our stops. It is worth the crowds and the long walk to get to the head of the falls. They deliver!...More

This is a very pretty spot. And it’s a lovely walk to the falls. Nice to be with nature. We saw Kayaking groups and sunbathing and picnics. The whole family can enjoy a trip out here.

My husband made the 45 minute roundtrip to see this by foot. We were rushed to get back on our tour bus so allow time to see this and the glacier views along the gravel path.

Very well maintained and easy hike to the falls. Scenic! The Mendenhall Glacier is an extra bonus, too.

A lovely and easy walk to the base of some lovely falls near the Mendenhall Glacier. Shuttles leave frequently from the cruise ship dock. If the trip isn’t included in your package, pay a shuttle driver to take you there-many shuttles leave frequently in summer...More

I don't recall the bus being able to fit a scooter (just an old school bus) but you could contact the shuttle company & see if they have other vehicles.

Yeah you can take it, but you have to take it outside the cruise. Right there in the pier there some drivers that can take you over there.
