Very well done. These people obviously have a passion for what they do and their beer shows it. Four tastings during the tour/talk and another five after. A fun stop!

Decided to go to the brewery while in Juneau. The Alaskan Brewery Shop in town offers rides to the brewery from the shop for $25 a person, this includes a tasting. We had a child and a person who doesn’t drink so we decided to...More

I only came here because my husband loves breweries and I was pleasantly surprised. You do not do an actual walk through of the brewery but you still learn a lot and taste a lot! there is a shuttle that goes from the store front...More

I just went to the tasting room to try some beers and do some shopping. The beers were great (as expected) and there was a good variety. Good selection in the gift shop as well. I also appreciate that they let me take the shuttle...More

This was a great tasting experience. If you are looking for an actual brewery "tour," you won't find that here. (But to me they all look the same). They have very generous flights, and offered three free samples of their most popular beers. The time...More

I thought I wrote a review. Anyhoo. As the title states, it's not really a tour and definitely not free. That said, you're really doing a tasting. For $20, either you get there on your own or you can catch a shuttle from the Alaskan...More

Part of a package from our cruise ship. Samples were yummy. But you seen one and its kinda similar as most cities have local brewery tours. Power went out and abbreviated our tour. The glacier part of tour was a long view of it far...More

Celebrity cruises sold a package glacier, brewery tour and cooking demonstration. The brewery “tour” was three sampling’s, two of your choice, and no tour. If you want souvenirs and don’t find what you want they have a huge gift shop in downtown Juneau. The cooking...More

This tasting/tour was full of wonderful information. The only thing I don’t understand is the free tour part. We asked about a tour and were told it was just beginning and $20 a person, no mention of any other tour. Yes we did get tastings,...More

I visited the Alaskan Brewery tasting room as part of an excursion from my cruise. Unfortunately, that meant we were pressed for time and couldn't ask a lot of questions. But the servers were friendly, generous with their delicious brews, and seemed to enjoy the...More

No, you can make it the day you arrive at any of the Alaskan Brewing company stores in town right off the port. They have a shuttle that takes you out to the brewery and back.
