I think the Tramway itself is overrated and overpriced. You don't really go up that far particularly relative to some of the local hikes. The views are okay but not worth the $34 for a 3-minute ride in each Direction. I got better views on...More
It's a little pricey, but you get a one-day pass to use the tram all day. Lots of hikes, a restaurant, crafters, Lady Baltimore the Eagle, and an award winning documentary on the Tlingit people.
