Review of: Dean Family Farm and Art Studios Tour
Jeff was very nice and welcoming. I really enjoyed the tour of the farm. It is all very interesting and self sustaining. The construction of the buildings are amazing! Loved all the chicken coops and rabbit hutches. It was great to see all the animals I appreciate all the work that goes into keeping a place like this clean and working. The Deans have worked hard to build this amazing Farm! In saying all that, I think the tour is over priced.…

Review of: Dean Family Farm and Art Studios Tour
One wonderful tour given by owner Ranja Dean. A 3.5 acre of land (28 acres total, most left in its natural state) with beautiful building from repurposed wood, metal, etc. most of the rocks and timber were found on the beach and what has been created is beautiful and natural. The gardens are full of flowers, herbs, vegetables, fruits. We learned what can be grown in colder climates. Many of her edibles are furnished to local farm to table restaurants. Animals....donkeys, goats, chickens, a yak! All tame and everything is immaculate. I thoroughly recommend this 2.5 hour tour. Usually a small group so lots of special attention to details. Oh, and the art gallery....wood carving, painting, pottery ...I can’t name them all. Go and enjoy yourself!…

We had a fantastic time on our tour. There was so much to see. I think the farm itself is an art project that is very pleasing and well made, like know other place anywhere else. This was the highlite of our vacation.
